Too much yapping and not enough working.

Waited 10 minutes for a door dash that was already sitting waiting to be bagged.

Come to find out the girl that was supposed to be bagging was in the corner yapping loud.

Wont door dash at this store no more because my time was not respect. We work by the hour also.
I thought this was supposed to be a quiet place to work.

I have a favorite drink at Starbucks, it’s an iced matcha latte with chocolate foam and oat milk. I have tried this in different Starbucks. This Starbucks is one of the best I have been to. The service is very nice.

A very upbeat Starbucks compared to many we’ve visited in recent months. Everyone seemed happy to be there and we observed lots of positive interactions with customers.

I wanted to call out Daisy for special service. She asked if I wanted my Pike in a mug vs paper cup since we were staying here. Haven’t had that asked in a while, definitely my preference.

Then as I was commenting I was too late for dark roast and it was one I hadn’t had before (Milano Luna) she offered to do a pour over after handing me my Pike.

When she brought it out we talked about other dark choices we both liked.

Just an excellent upbeat experience all around.

This Starbucks is one of the worst I’ve been to. They are extremely slow and don’t even bother going through the drive thru you’ll be there 20 minutes. My drinks are NEVER consistent and I’ve had to throw away many of them due to awful taste which is unfortunate because I love my Starbucks drinks and don’t get this experience at any other than this one.

Wowza! The lord truly shines through everything he creates! This wonderful young woman Alan treated us like royalty today! She greeted us with a smile, and made us feel extremely welcome! Then she brought our food out on a plate! We got the new jalapeño wrap which was pretty good! We’ve been to Starbucks many times, but I can’t say I’ve ever felt such joyful grace from a corporation’s employee before! Alan! May the lord guide you through all your endeavors! God bless America!

I have visited this location twice so far, and both visits have been drastically different. The first was a drive through order where Sophi was the cashier taking my order.

A minor mistake occurred where I received a latte instead of a cold brew.

She went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct order afterwards. Though it’s common in the service industry to make a mistake, the easy she handled the situation was beyond professional as if I were at a Michelin star restaurant, and honestly it made my day, because people who genuinely care for their customers are extremely rare. 10/10 Sophi!!!

Today I went inside for a cold brew and after the order, last minute I asked for a splash of vanilla sweet cream.

The tall white man with glasses who’s name I didn’t catch responded with. ” I know what your doing, the sweet cream is expensive” in a reluctant and condensing tone, and kept pressing the issue.

If there’s an additional charge just say so, no need to be bitter.

Regardless, if you go here, so far Sophi and the rest of the staff are awesome!!! Y’all dude with glasses needs a hug or something.

Great place but extremely slow. Even black coffee took 20mins when hardly 5-10ppl were inside. Ppl coming after us got theirs before us. Not very happy with the degrading customer service at Starbucks. No wonder why their stock is suffering

It was very busy today (Sunday) and there were some shortages on ingredients, but everyone was working was simply crushing it. Our drinks still came out perfect and with a smile.

I am in town after evacuating hurricane Milton in Florida, and being able to still have my favorite drink was a small thing that put a big smile on my face.

This used to be the best, I have been a customer since 2023. This am and several others I wait more than 9 minutes past the expected pick up time, at 6:30 am. I’ll need to find a better location, so I’m not running late in the am. No smiles, they no longer know my name. Too bad they let the good people go.
