The customer service is terrible. There are two women that work there regularly. They always have attitudes, my hand crafted drink is rarely what I ordered (coffee). I’m so disappointed. Gives Starbucks a bad name. I feel sorry for the people that aren’t aware of this stores service.

Finally knew the two ladies name Ayesha &Demisha they should be fired or move to another location. They just always looked something wrong with their behavior while take orders. Both keep talking about something or someone which makes me feel of they talking about me and to some extent I could be right.There is no smile on both ladies face and they take orders as if they don’t give a damn ♀️.I just don’t want to spoil my day early in the morning by debating with them so I use to post a review.
DISAPPOINTED/ EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED – I didn’t get what I paid for.
I was at this Starbucks Today and when look at my HOT CAPPUCCINO it was not even filled up Good enough.That’s the picture of with foam and without foam. I understand that the foam makes it look full but still with the Foam it still wasn’t filled up.
It was 2 black female working In Starbucks. These employees should be fired because they will create a BAD impact on business in FUTURE.

Okay, everybody knows I am a Starbucks fan, we’ll today I’m not. I bought a blueberry scone. I bit something hard on it, I spit the object out but couldn’t decide what it was. Another bite the same thing happened, I asked someone else opinion. The person stated it could be anything, and it was definitely not safe to eat. So be careful.

I went yesterday just to get me a caramel Frappuccino with my boyfriend and the lady taking my order she was brownskin she had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE with me while she was taking my order. First she was talking super low and kept cutting me off while I was explaining to her my simple order. Even my boyfriend asked me what was her problem ♀️ if you don’t like what you do just get a new JOB!!! The older guy that made my drink was super sweet and respectful!

I’m here every day….guess I’ve wore out m yuh welcome. Switching to Dunkin Donuts for a while.

I’ve never had to write a review. The worst customer service i’ve experienced. I don’t know her name but she was the only employee 6/28 at around 1pm. First thing she said was “what do you want”, kept interrupting me and being rude. Don’t know if she was having a bad day but please talk to your employees. I was having a great day and her customer service ruined it.

Namesha is an ARTISTE, you hear me?! The greatest customer service and attentiveness I’ve ever received at ANY Starbucks from NYC to Atlanta. I actually had to ask her name to write this review because she deserves her flowers. She made me wanna get the Starbucks rewards program or whatever and I don’t even live anywhere near a Starbucks lol. This is a little bit of sunshine before my doctor’s appointment. You guys put the right employee right by the hospital 🙂
