Staff great, the coffee drinks…as per usual…not bad: TBH, I’ve always found almost any coffee shop brings more across the board depth of flavor to each drink than Starbucks.
Really good…just not over the top, make me want to choose y’all over everyone else every time great.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this place literally never gets my order right. It’s a simple tea. No add ons or edits but yet it never tastes the same as the other locations I’ve had it. This time they forgot one of the ingredients that’s in the name of it. Very frustrating because I get it through the drive thru before work so I don’t taste it until I get to work and by then it’s too late.

i came in on a wednesday night for a regular matcha, ordered my drinks with this young girl as i was ordering she interrupted me and started talking to her other co worker. That wasn’t even the worse part…. i finished ordering my drinks i sit and wait at the pick up area and this other lady comes gets her order taken and gets her drink first just because she’s a daily customer. you can tell her order is more complicated and the barista stops with my order to do the other lady’s order. so my drink is half way done just sitting there. all of the young 4 girls just start talking to the lady while i’m here 10 minutes already waiting. i get my drink after 15 minutes of waiting and leave immediately. never coming back. service was horrible.

I just picked up a Pecan Crunch Latte. But even though I ordered extra pecan crunch, they didn’t put any in at all! Last time, I ordered a cappuccino, and it seemed like they dumped in a whole jar of cinnamon powder, making it impossible to drink. I didn’t complain because I had to get to work, but once again I’m left disappointed!

I have been to many Starbucks locations in my life. I popped in to grab a coffee and get some work done yesterday afternoon and while the drink was great and the service was awesome I was really impressed with how the staff worked together. They were a finely oiled machine and seemed to have each other’s back, anticipate the needs of the other co-workers to keep service moving, and overall just spoke to each other with a level of kindness and “I have your back” attitude that I think is hard to find in high-output situations in the service industry. It impacted me enough to leave a review! Great job to the team for taking care of each other while serving your clients!

The coffee here is top notch. My pumpkin chai was made to perfection, and my barista, Christen, was phenomenal! She made me feel so welcome with her bubbly personality and charm. She could make anyone smile! Really brightened my morning. Will be back soon!
