Ambience matters, and here it was thoughtfully cultivated. Gentle music played just loud enough to soften the air without overwhelming it, while guests tapped quietly on laptops or chatted in subdued tones. The cleanliness of the space was striking; every surface gleamed, offering reassurance that both presentation and hygiene were valued equally.

The one down side, is its immediate setting right off a major highway, making the outdoor sitting noisier than necessary.

I don’t always get a chance to come to this Starbucks but when I do, it’s such a treat! The employees here are so kind and they make my favorite Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew the best way. I always feel so welcomed and the service is truly top notch. Keep it up!

Always a great experience when I drive through this Starbucks, but today I came inside to get work done. On my way out, I asked a question and then placed an order in a 1 minute exchange with the barista. He must have noticed I needed a kind word. I didn’t notice the message until I got home. Love the decaf drinks, atmosphere, and appreciate the kind people at this location.

This place is hit and miss at best. The last couple of times my mobile order was not ready. They ask you to pull back around the building only to make you wait another 20 minutes for it. This has happened THREE TIMES! Thats not counting the times I have been there and the order is wrong, or cold. Then if there is a problem or need a refund they can’t be bothered.

this location is beyond frustrating… multiple times my mobile order is not ready… today I was told to go park for 5 minutes then circle back to the drive through…. (there was NO line in the drive thru when I pulled in and no one behind me) after waiting 5 minutes there was then a line of several cars. So this trip turned in to a 15-20 minute ordeal. Starbucks encourages mobile orders however using it at this location has become a legit hassle.

I can’t say enough nice things about the employees that work at this Starbucks. I just moved from Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, and this location is by far my favorite. I am always greeted with a smile. Today they left a sweet message on my cup and wished me a Happy Tuesday. Thank you all for always being awesome!
