Every time I come to this exact Starbucks , my order is never right ! When you say something to them they want to make it over ! Why not make it right the first time . I stopped coming to this location and go to the other one further down in Okatie because it seems like they don’t understand the drink . I just won’t come back to that location and baristas should know how to properly make the drinks !!!!!! What I ask for and what I got !!!

My app told me my order would be ready at 11:32, at 11:51, I asked the girl making drinks what was going on. I don’t think it had popped up on her screen yet, she asked me what it was and made it immediately. It’s not you staff’s fault, they are obviously nice & competent, and this is a busy location. I think there is an issue with your online ordering system pairing with your kitchen display system.

The hot chocolate kids temperature was great. However, I would have to give the bathroom a two-star because we have a billion $$ company and they only have two toilets. kudos for having unisex family restrooms, so no one’s offended. however when I get out of the bathroom. The 14 people in line must have been very upset.

As an ex-partner and northerner, yall making me fall in love with country every day. Sometimes people might find me uncomfortable, but I’m here for my enjoyment. That being said I like to talk to people, so I talked to my cashier and barista. First of all, my drink was made properly, which hasn’t happened my last 3 starbucks visits. On top of that, the women were extremely sweet and warm. I waited like 5 seconds for a venti doubleshot on ice with white mocha, the best sb bev. Normally I would praise the manager but on this occasion I think it’s just southern culture that’s making me so satisfied.
