I’ve never given a negative review where it’s not due. This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Literally every time I’ve come here they’ve messed up my order. Two times I’ve even got a refund & refused another drink. It’s just bad…. Poorly managed, something. They need to revamp. Ew.

Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, I did not receive a sleeve therefore it was a little hot, most importantly I couldn’t taste the pumpkin flavor at all. Such a disappointment. I have to travel over 30 miles to the nearest Starbucks, I’ve waited for this and just was disappointed.

The staff is super friendly, always greeting you with a smile and quick to chat while making your order. It’s cozy on the inside with plenty of seats to hang out or work. Parking’s a breeze—lots of spots right out front, which is a huge plus. Only gripe? It can get a bit crowded during morning rushes, and the wait time creeps up. Still, a solid spot for a coffee run!

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that is as consistently as busy as this one is, except for the original location in Seattle. The drive-thru line is long day or night here. The thing that is awesome is how fast and efficient the line moves! The coffees are consistently well made, the service has been friendly every day. Today is my last day in town so I went inside and the experience was equally pleasant. Great job to the team at the Aiken Starbucks on Whiskey Road!

The food, being coffee (I only buy dark roast coffee with no sugar and no cream) was very, very tasty and hot.
