Not one person spoke as I walked In. They were not busy, two customers inside and one in drive thru but I was Waiting to pick up a DoorDash order and all the women just ignored me, never asked what I needed, if I was Picking up an order. One was standing right near where I’m to wait to pick up orders and she was making a drink, never said a word, another came right by me and gave a coffee to a lady never said a word. There was no one waiting to give an order but still ignored!! Finally a lady that had been cleaning and was dumping water down drains asked if I was Picking up door dash and handed me the order that had been sitting in the back counter the whole time. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. They were just rude.

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks, thanks to Mallory, Wesley, and Alyssa! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. Mallory was super welcoming, Wesley had great attention to detail, and Alyssa made my drink exactly how I like it. The whole team worked together seamlessly, creating a great atmosphere. Definitely my go-to Starbucks—highly recommend!

I’m not the type to write a review usually but I’m almost forced to write this one. This is only due to the fact that I constantly got ignored and wasn’t greeted or asked any questions while I was just standing there waiting. Never ever have I experienced this before. I ordered through mobile app and usually it gets done pretty quick and I never have issue with ordering. But after yesterday I’m highly highly highly disappointed. I wasn’t even greeted nor was asked what I was waiting for when I was waiting on my order for about 20mins. I have never been a Starbucks and no matter how busy have to wait 20mins for my coffee. I understand after placing an order I have to wait but 20-25 mins is absurd. I was in the store entire time and 2 families of 3-5 people got their coffee and other orders before I even got one of my coffee. Truly concerned about how Starbucks really deals with people in store cause I still don’t feel like I ever want to continue to be loyal to a brand that wouldn’t care of their customers in store. No greet or communication is insane. I myself am a business man and this is no way of running a business. Customers are key to success. I still ordered coffee today but it’s very disappointing as I didn’t get greeted today either and was late with my order. Truly am disappointed when I literally spend about $300-$500 a month on Starbucks. I will not be going back ever again if the issue isn’t resolved.

This Starbucks has the most disrespectful employees. I’ve never been into a Starbucks where the females are so unprofessional. They are not happy when they see customers. They are rude. They get irritated about any little thing. I forgot to order a cheese danish and the female who was making the drinks came to the window and told me I had to go back on line to order. Mind you there were no cars behind me.

I have two locations I frequent. The young adults there are super friendly, their service is excellent! The coffee & their food choices are delicious. I highly recommend trying their grilled cheese it’s off the cuff!!!

Wow, I can’t believe that this Starbucks has the most rude employees. I would not be coming back to this Starbucks. Every Starbucks I’ve been to in my life has the best customer service accept this one.

I keep going here because it’s closest to my home, but the barista’s are not good!!! My favorite drink was made correctly here for months. Now, they can’t get it right. The Lavender Foam is always mixed in with the drink and not sitting on top. One male was there about 3 Sundays ago and he made it perfectly, but I haven’t seen him since. So disappointed .

My wife & I were heading home & decided to enjoy a couple of venti Mocha Frappuccinos. When I got to the window I was handed 2 grande caramel Frappuccinos! Had to wait until they re-made what I ordered & it backed up the line behind me. Still, we enjoyed our venti Mocha Frappuccinos on our drive home.

i went to starbucks today and ordered a venti pink drink with no ice that costed over $7 and it wasn’t even filled up over halfway. They said it wouldn’t be full but they didn’t say it would be under halfway. Disappointed in starbucks so i’ll take my business to Dunkin instead.
