i’ve been to the Starbucks in person and I can fully say it’s not the best as far as service goes, but I decided to get a coffee delivered to my house through Uber eats the delivery person informed me that my drink was spilled all over the bag and half of it was missing and when she asked if they could remake it for me, they told her no and that’s how she’s gonna have to deliver the drink. I understand if under business policy, you can’t remake the drink, but if you were fully looking at a bag that is drenched in coffee and can see that the drink is ruined. Why not just remake it? I just think that’s really rude and unprofessional.

Walked up with my puppy to get a pup cup which mind you it’s free of charge, please explain to me while I was informed that I had to purchase something to get my 13 week old puppy a treat. Then I asked could I have a trash bag then she assumed to tell me that she couldn’t give me one. There is no such rule anywhere nor is it hard to just be nice to any and everybody but because you were behind the counter playing on your phone and I’m politely waiting there for you to notice you treat me as a bum when I go there every morning and spend $25 a day. Service definitely sucks would much rather stay going to the one inside Target

They would rather acknowledge somebody taking pictures behind the counter that a customer. I had a DoorDash order it was right there, and I could’ve grabbed it. I didn’t and it took me after three minutes of standing there after she acknowledged the person take pictures and looking at me directly to ask her if I could just grab it, he said no absolutely not. You cannot grab it. Zero customer service skills at all terrible this terrible all around don’t know why maybe it’s personal because of my skin color I don’t know

Super high priced very high calorie drinks; the food is about a notch better than at a gas station. Probably the coffee drinks at the gas station are similar and cheaper. The best part is the fred WiFi.

It’s this Starbucks policy to allow their employees to play loud videos right by the customers who are paying for drinks and food and wanting to do some silent (meaning I had no noise so I thought there’s no reason to bring my headphones) work on their computer. And understand there is also loud music playing which is fine… but a loud video with loud music at the same time is quite distracting. When I asked her to use head phones she told me to use my own head phones and that I could wait out her 10 minute break… she argued back and forth with me and got other customers involved. One customer told me I could go out right now and get noise canceling head phones.

Now if this person was another customer I wouldn’t have said anything. I just couldn’t believe how rude this employee was.

Absolutely reported to Starbucks CS. Ordered an impossible sandwich as I have not eaten meat in 7 years and they handed me a bag that had the impossible sandwich sticker on it, but a real sausage egg and cheese sandwich inside. I ONLY knew it wasn’t the impossible because I have had the impossible before and knew that this bread was different…..on top of the fact I’m driving 22 hrs and have my dogs in the car, I had to inside for them to correct this, the reason why I chose Starbucks in the first place is because I trusted them and I can’t go into a place due to my dog.

Whomever is hiring for this location, has hand picked with love the most Friendliest crew. But this one guy, Kevin, brings with him, the brightest light, the most positive energy, such a friendly, compassionate human being. I know he will Shine bright, no matter where he works. You can just tell. Starbucks, you should know you have a great one there. Drive-through Kevin, thanks for the consistent good vibes.
