2 cars in the drive through, 1 small family ahead of me in the lobby. McChicken was on point, but the large fries were cold and soggy. I could understand if it was slammed busy, but its a Thursday night and everyone was just kinda walking around.

Never have I ever had an issue with this McDonald’s location until today. This is our go to spot if we have cravings because it’s the nearest one.
First, I get told “we’re closed” after pulling up to the drive-thru speaker but I go around the building and see other guests in their dining room. I walk inside, order take out via the kiosk. The woman at the front cash register was extremely rude. Caught an attitude with me when I ordered a frappé without whip cream because she claimed I removed everything from the drink.
I also ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, which they FORGOT THE PANCAKES and I didn’t notice this until I got home. The whole point of me ordering the big breakfast was to get the pancakes because my son and I usually share the meal.
I cannot believe how disorganized and pathetic this location was today. It’s always been a pleasure being served here in the past – I don’t know why today made a difference in this.
Otherwise, the dining room was well kept and clean. Service was fairly fast (probably because I was missing half of my meal).

Every single order I’ve ever gotten from this location has been wrong, Missing items, or incorrectly made and Service is slow. It doesn’t matter if its breakfast, lunch or dinner. One instance I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me to wait a second, another car pulls up in the next lane and they help them right away… And then they help 4 other cars behind them, still while not taking my order. So I get frustrated, pull around, go inside, order and it still took over 25 minutes to get my food.

Slowest location I’ve ever been to. Had a rare day off from work and dropped off my son off at school. Figured I would grab some breakfast. The drive thru line was at least ten deep, so I went in. Not too busy inside. Waited over 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with ice coffee and an egg McMuffin.

ordered two ranch wraps and another one without ranch and one spicy wrap but got 3 ranch wraps and one with ranch. when they gave me my order they gave me only the fries and happy meals i ordered and i had to go back 5 times to fix my order. workers were rude to us and impolite. it was overall a very bad experience

Service has gone down hill very quickly, not operating the drive thru properly and then a large woman working on her facial hair tried to tell me I already asked for sauces and she couldn’t get me anymore. Quit making up rules because you want a power trip.

Wow! This is the first time they’ve tried to charge me for tomato sauce. Supposedly it’s only for nuggets, but what about my fries? You have to pay extra for ketchup. Now I see why this place has 3.5 stars.
