Amazing employees
I went in and was already having a bad day wanting a pink drink with matcha cold foam I’m not sure of the name of the employee who rung up my order but he was so helpful and kind I had went to get a coffee cake after I got my drink thanked him and left the building. Once I had left the wind knocked my pastrie out of my hand and the gentleman came out and got me a new one and some extra cake pops I’m so grateful for him I was having a horrible day and he made it better.

I come here maybe two or three times a month and I always have a good experience! I always order on the mobile app and pick up in the drive thru. They are fast, polite, and quick to accommodate if needed.

Worst coffee. Made the mistake of ordering Americano black. She asked ” do you want cream and sugar?”. After tasting the coffee, I knew why…it is without the aromatics one would expect with coffee… just bitterness.

I’ve been a regular customer since they’ve opened and I waited a long time to say anything because I really wanted to give them a chance. I make a mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru and every time they have a terrible attitude. They never give me a sleeve or a stopper on the cup and act inconvenienced when I ask. I practically have to beg for it every time. I ask for sweet cream instead of milk and about 9/10 times they mess that up so I started saying something at the speaker so they don’t have to throw anything out or remake it but they get mad when I do. It’s worth the extra few minutes if you go to the one in ingles. They actually make your drink right and the customer service is much better.

Yes, the service was alright and I know it’s small but I specifically asked for no whip cream, said so on the label. Still got it. My thing is, it tasted like they mixed dirt and water together and put it into a cup. I extremely recommend sticking to the Ingles Starbucks cause it was the worst. Not only did I remove the whipped cream with my bare hand, I only took two sips from it and had to throw it away cause it tasted so bad. Should’ve known better from the empty parking lot. If only I could give zero stars.

Glad they opened a Starbucks building in Laurens, SC. They make good drinks in here and it’s a great space to meet with people. It’s a chill environment whenever you want to take your laptop and do work outside of the office as well. Wifi and power outlets at the table make it very convenient!
