I had a bad accident with a Venti iced coffee all in my lap…I walked in to try & clean up & almost immediately a barista saw my struggle & replaced my drink. Really makes a difference for someone who’s used to taking care of others & not used to asking for help. TYSM!!

I went in this morning hoping for a decent visit. However, it took almost 20min to get my drink and after the foam went away my venti latte I paid for was the size of a grande. That’s upsetting when I didn’t even get what I paid for. I post a picture of the drink before I even tried it. I was already late for work when I got my drink so I wasn’t able to check it before leaving the business. I’ll drive the extra minutes and miles to go to another location.

I would avoid the Starbucks at all cost. I have only been here a handful of times, but it seems like every single time all the employees are extremely unpleasant. I understand being busy and having a bad day, but it’s every single time I’ve come to this location. It doesn’t matter if you use the drive thru or go inside the drink have been sub par and after zero acknowledgment to start and I asking for a bag after standing there for a solid 4 minutes and it being tossed on the counter and walking away I’ll bring my business elsewhere.

Ordered a large and got this. Didn’t realize it until I pulled past the window and the line was wrapped around the building. Way to make a pregnant lady upset first thing in the morning! So much for that tip I guess.
