Today was the final straw they were busy, so I get why I needed to wait, so I did something better than just the little hot and ready bottom of the barrel food anyway. I asked how long, and I was told 10 minutes, so I went back to my car and waited. I was even tied up my my phone, so I took 20 minutes. But, when I got back inside the store, they forgot about my order, and didn’t even start it. The manager gave me a receipt that voided my credit card order, but she didn’t even apologize or any type of acknowledgment. Super rude.
I will be contacting corporate. I am one of those people that view time more valuable than money, are you guys still need to compensate me for the nearly half hour I wasted, by your own directives by the way.
I hope this location closes.
I exited the drive-thru line as instructed, only to find that the store door was locked. I called the store again but was unable to reach a team member. I then got back into the drive-thru line and waited an additional eight minutes before reaching the speaker.
When I attempted to place an order for a cheese pizza again, I was told that no cheese pizzas were available. This was especially frustrating as it was raining, cold outside, and I had my children with me. After waiting and following staff instructions, I was ultimately left with no food.
At no point did any team member apologize for the inconvenience. This is a location I order from very often, so I was extremely disappointed and saddened by the level of service I received during this visit. Better communication, accurate information, and basic customer courtesy would have made a significant difference.
First we received the wrong order twice, the next order literally tasted like dry cardboard, and today Saturday Dec 6th, 25, we arrived to pick up our online order and the doors are locked.
They didn’t even have enough courtesy to put a sign on the door to say drive thru only.
