I ordered the “Medicine Ball” known by corporate as the “Honey Citrus Mint Tea”. I thought it tasted funny, but then thought perhaps it was just because I wasn’t feeling well. Once I arrived home, I took a look at the tags on the tea bags in my cup. Photo says it all. There were two of those (Chamomile Mint Blossom) bags and no others. I ordered a venti. So I paid five and a half dollars for something that I did not order.

This will be my last trip in. Today, the place that made me feel most at home in Camden, was ruined. The place where a little conversation could change my whole day, where I’ve been a regular with tips and kindness….all because someone needed to insult my dynamic in my home, my marriage, AND MY JOB..
to feel better about herself? I don’t know why. The hits kept coming. This isn’t the first time, and today she told me flat out “Yall are weird”. I’ve never been so hurt and embarrassed. I loved those people. I’m sitting in my car crying from embarrassment. The staff is amazing. And after my months of praising and trying my best to be positive for her, the manager ruined it for me. Today I was in trying to do something kind. Now I feel like I can’t go back. Truly a sad experience in my small town.

I absolutely love the staff at this location! My orders are always correct and ready in a timely manner. They make me feel like a VIP every time I come in. Even when they are busy they say hello and wish me well. They work really hard and I appreciate them!!

This store normally gets my order perfect, I order on the app all the time and never have issues. My order today was completely wrong when the instructions were very clear and it’s the same exact thing I order all the time. These products are way too expensive to mess up. I go through the drive through and I am unable to and do not have the time to return to the store and have them correct it, nor should I have to.

Our nail technician ordered a hot chocolate and paid for it. She waited 20 minutes and had to leave to get to work. No hot chocolate and they refused to refund her

I think it must be a requirement to be rude to people picking up online orders. I hate going into this store; the employees WILL NOT acknowledge you and walk away while you are mid question and all you are trying to do is make sure you’re picking up everything that was ordered.

Noontime Delight
Our interaction with the barista was excellent. She greeted us with smiles while taking our coffee and pastry orders. On my request, she suggested a good pastry pairing with my coffee that was delicious.
The entirety of the facility was clean and spacious. Seating was not compact. There was plenty of seating for mingling and studying.
The restrooms were equally clean and, while I do not have a baby I noticed, with diaper changing tables.
I recommend this Starbucks location.

Friday early evening visit. First time visit and one of a few visits at Starbucks overall. I selected my beverage on my mobile device prior to arriving at the restaurant. Walked in and sat down at the front service counter. The restaurant was clean and orderly. There only a few patrons inside sitting down but the drive thru was busy. I was the only person waiting for service. Three associates were working. I waited a few minutes until one of associates were available. One associate approached me and mentioned that they do not have waitress and that orders are take on the far of the service counter. I mentioned that I wasn’t feeling well and I remained sitting down. The associate took my order and shortly thereafter I was served with my beverage and water.
