Everytime I get a drink it tastes like they didn’t make it correctly. Little flavor or not even filled up paying for a partial filled. Fill the size asked for. I wanted to try the banana matcha they ran out, I got the berry, it was completely mixed and ice melted as if an old drink. no berries and was just not as advertised.

The cashier was super nice. She even offered my friend a less sweeter option of the pumpkin spice hot coffee. She put one pump of the pumpkin spice instead of the regular amount, so it’s not as sweet. Thank you!! I wish I would’ve gotten her name, very friendly.

Whew. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place with more depressing, hateful management. I overheard one of the managers talking poorly about another customer to his colleagues. Despite how you might feel about your guests- they’re paying you to do a service. Your thoughts can stay inside your head while you’re clocked in. This is truthfully something I witness almost every time I come in to this location. Drinks are never made consistently. They “sell out” of everything on the app when they are short staffed to prevent people from going there. If you can’t handle the workload, hire more staff or train your staff to handle the rush. As a business owner, I’d never allow my employees to behave this way. Fix your “leadership” team or find leaders that know how to act.

What an awesome experience this morning!!!! I was in a hurry & accidentally ordered for a different store on my phone, realized it when i had been waiting for awhile, & when i went and asked if there was anyway to switch it the amazing guy at the front asked me what i had & said they would make it for me !! He didnt even know it was my birthday,or how badly i needed his kindness this morning, THANK YOU for such an awesome experience, THIS is awesome customer service and human kindness at its best
