From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly and is attentive to all your needs. The server really wowed us with her enthusiasm and excitement. She even brought a cute little birthday dessert for my mom and made her feel very special. Above and beyond service.
The decor inside is a bright modern style with the color orange being their main theme. The interior is deceptively big and they were doing some renovations in the back.
We ordered Beef Udon and the Sashimi Trio Set. The Beef Udon had a nice light flavor. The Sashimi Trio consisted of 5 pieces of Salmon, 5 Tuna, and 5 Yellowtail. My mother thoroughly enjoyed this one.
The food was good, but next time Id want to try something else. Most likely the Tonkotsu Ramen or some of their rolls.

Best sushi/asian restaurant in town! We love their roles and Ramen and thank goodness they have a great vegetarian selection in their menu. Service has been always good whenever I go. They get super busy even on weekdays!

The vegie tanten ramen was outstanding! Such flavorful broth – tangy and spicy with tad bit sweet! Crunchy minced kind of veges and noodles. Too good.
The Japanese garden roll was also amazing. I added sweet potato tempura in it and that was just too good.
Awesome service – when we tried to put some ramen in another bowl to share they came over and helped! Bar raising for a restaurant in America.
Tofu teriyaki rice for kids was decent. As flavorful as it can get for kids!
The lychee martini was highly disappointing. Too strong and served as if they ran out of martini glasses and just poured it in a random glass they found.
Definitely coming here multiple times but not getting drinks 🙂

We have never been to the restaurant and only had used the delivery service through DoorDash for this place. The food though is really good and fresh even for delivery. Other than the sushi rolls we also tried the ramen with chicken katsu which was pretty good too.

Their sushi and ramen are definitely our favorites. The service is always very good and fast, and all the servers are very friendly. We will always keep coming here and will recommend it to our friends. Only thing is that, It’d be nice to see some new options(maybe seasonal) to the menu.

This place deserves 5/5 stars as an overall rating! My gf had the katsu rice bowl which was cooked to perfection. The chicken was very flavorful, crispy, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. It’s so good that it doesn’t need sauce. The side salad is very fresh and tasty with the dressing being amazing. The Hokkaido milk tea is amazing. Highly recommend. I had the California rolls which were so fresh and tasty. I can’t wait to come back to try the ramen, curry katsu, and teriyaki. The staff are so kind and attentive as well. I love the interior decorum. The lighting is nice, chairs are comfy, and even the tables are lovely.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I RATE THIS PLACE 5 STARS???? EVERYTHING IS WORTH GETTING IT My compliments are for the service, they were SOOOO attentive and welcoming, they made sure I had everything and a little more. The BEST takoyaki I ever had. Miso soup is extremely tasty, 10/10. Orenji dragon is a must on your order. I will be back quite often now, they will know my name.

This place is a must for sushi and ramen lovers! They immediately served us with the friendliest of attitudes. Multiple servers helped us swiftly without even having to ask. The spicy beef ramen was bursting with flavor. The sushi was phenomenal. As if it weren’t perfect enough, they gave us a free dessert for our first time there. They wrote happy holidays in chocolate on the free dessert plate!

Chicken Karaage: Came out fairly quick, lots of small pieces. The spicy mayo is definitely on the spicy side. I liked the quality and the quantity
Tuna Maki: This is how a Tuna Maki should be big piece of tuna, and wrapped well. Simple, but great
Orenji Dragon Roll: Loved it. I asked for no cucumber and it was perfect.
Chirashi Bowl: Lots of big pieces, the rice was seasoned well. There was one piece of fish we didn’t like, if we order it again I’d ask them to substitute it. Not sure what the fish was but it was a bit too soft/mushy. Could also use seaweed.

And they gave a complimentary strawberry mochi ice cream after we paid
It was really yummy and that was so sweet of them
Overall, enjoyed our meal.
Not gonna take a star off for the price, but you’re definitely paying a premium to have a nice sushi meal in Issaquah.
If you have the time and want to save a bit of money, get a Chirashi Bowl from Musashis or sushi from FOB Sushi Bar.
I wouldn’t say the Chirashi bowl here is worth almost 2x the price compared to Musashi’s, but it’s still excellent!
