From the moment I walked in I was welcomed in by the DM Caleb (hope I got the name right) and instantly greeted by Matt the store manager. We were traveling from Asheville they corrected our previous drink problem from another store no questions asked. The entire staff went above and beyond to connect and chat with me. Superb service making sure I left with the drink I ordered and uplifted my mood to truly make my day better going forward. Highly reccommend this store as a stop on your trip through the area of if you’re lucky enough to live in this area make this your go to coffee stop! Love meeting good poeple who take pride in what they do and make it about more than just good coffee. They earned a return customer in me.

I was so impressed and that doesn’t happen often. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make our visit lovely. I messed up my daughter’s order and they fixed it… so sweet! The sanitation score was awesome too which always makes me feel good. Way to go SB!

This was my first time in….they have brewed decaf! I am used to being told “sorry” when ordering that at other locations. The store is new and different from other locations too. The behind the counter area was really spread out and big. Everything looked super clean too. I was having a rough morning and Olivia made a point to engage me, she was really nice. I made a point to look at her name so I could give her a compliment here.

They’ll serve you chunky oat milk and try to convince you it’s normal or the caramel in your drink. The girl remaking my drink seemed annoyed and had a bad attitude when I expressed that it shouldn’t look like that and 2 people tried to convince me it’s normal. When they remade my drink it was chunkier than the first time and when I declined the drink and asked for a refund I was again given attitude. Oat milk shouldn’t be chunky. If it looks like that you shouldn’t be serving it. And when a customer points it out your first instinct shouldn’t be to tell them they’re wrong. Customer service needs work.

The employee named Olivia or something is always so rude. She disrespects every one of the other employees. Talks down to everyone, even customers. Do yourself a favor and asked to be served by anyone else if you go in or drive through. I won’t change my review until something has been done about that rude employee. Everyone else I’ve had the chance to meet is superb.
