Went through the drive thru yesterday morning ! The drive thru worker was fantastic. (Very young African american) Very upbeat, smiling and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for upselling the Chocolate croissant. Our son loved it. Keep on keeping on – you will go far in life !

Wanted to say this is a hardworking group of kids, you keep it up!! Always running hectic trying their best when I’ve stopped by on weekends. Danna asked what customers were waiting on and checked, real sweet girl. Harmony I think, upbeat and great energy, funny greetings. Black guy always incredibly friendly and engaging, J. Negative comments forget these are young teens/college students, some still learning..the wait times are long, but how you expect only 3 kids to keep up is ridiculous for this locations customer volume. Do better for this locations employees and customer service would be better because it’s not from lack of trying on these kids end, look exhausted … very apparent management failure here.

Had a good and bad experience at this location. I pointed out that my drink was supposed to be Iced. The heavier set dark haired girl on bar apologized but proceeded to complain loudly about me needing to learn to order to coworkers, as well as complain about other customers.. I started to just walk out without it. Am giving 3 stars though because the worker collecting trash, she had short hair and a little country accent, asked if I was okay. She personally stopped what she was doing, remade my drink and gave me a card for a free drink wishing me a better day.

Placed mobile order. Had to wait a few minutes upon arrival but was greeted. Staff was very friendly and wished me a good day as they handed me my order. Bathrooms were clean. The inside was much more spacious than most Starbucks I have been in. Outside they have very nice seating. There is an arbor overhead with lights so should be really pleasant at night.

Stopped in on the best day. It was free holiday reusable cup day. They were especially busy but they somehow managed to fill my order earlier than the app predicted. My drink was perfect – it was definitely a custom drink & they got it right. Store was clean and well laid out. I noticed they had the ordered separated into alphabetical order which I never noticed in other locations. Made grabbing my drink a bit easier.

4 starred it if only for the tight location in downtown Greensboro. Place is a madhouse and parking is lean. Otherwise just as good as other SB – and that staff is kept a hoppin!

this is the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. 3 years ago we came here and waited an hour, so we thought we’d give it another shot today… again we waited an hour. i get waiting maybe 20 minutes but it’s ridiculous how slow the workers move. not to mention they prioritize the drive thru way more than the customers inside. while there we heard employees saying “is this something i should make?” or “this isn’t fair”… when truthfully i don’t care if you think your job is fair or not when i’m a paying customer. I also asked the person taking our order if it was possible to do a sugar cookie chai since it’s not advertised on the app and you can’t customize it on there either. she looked at me like i was stupid and just shook her head and when i got my drink they made a gingerbread chai when she explicitly said they would do a sugar cookie. so not only did i wait an hour, but my drink was disgusting. also i’d like to mention they don’t shake or stir the “brown sugar SHAKEN espresso”??? don’t waste your time or money at this location

I’m a tea drinker… Don’t like coffee and only go to Starbucks when my wife drags me in. Their tea is good quality (specifically black tea). But once tea reaches a certain quality, it’s all the same. And what makes it better is a lower price, not more flavors or an upscale environment.
So if you enjoy the added fruit flavors or the ambience, then get your tea from Starbucks. Otherwise, brewed tea from most fast food places is generally cheaper, you don’t have to wait as long, and there’s no tip involved.
Specifically… Check out Hardee’s, McDonalds, or Burger King for a 32 oz cup of brewed black tea–with no fuss

It took 25-30 minutes from ordering my drink in the store to receiving it. That was a bit excessive. They only had one person making the drinks and there were at least 10 people waiting on their orders. If they had enough employees making drinks on the Sunday afternoon while I was there, it would have been a 5-star rating.
