I’ve been driving by this place on my way to see the orthopedic surgeon for over a year. Today was the day I finally got to try the place.
They offer one hell of a lunch special. Ten bucks for a specialty pizza and a refillable soda. For food prepared fresh, right in front of your eye, that’s a good deal in my book.
I went with their version of a bbq chicken pizza. There’s a whole description of it on their website so I won’t bore you but boy oh boy was it delicious!
Chicken chick’s were clearly out of a Sysco bag but the rest of the pie made up for the industrial chicken. This one has their spicy symbol next to it but I found it more flavorful than spicy. Cilantro, red onions plus a big & flavorful sauce bring this one together.
Ten buck lunch. Wow!

We made a road trip to try a different kind of pizza joint , the Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza joint . Their crusts are made right where you can watch & cooked in a wood-fired oven , where you can see it . They offer some pretty cool & unique choices for pizza . We had a Smokin’ Oak Salad , which was fantastic . Our appetizer was the Urban Legend , & was that good . We also ordered 2) pizzas , 1st was a BYO with black olives, canadian bacon, italian sausage, mushrooms. 2nd was a Italian Stallion . Both were very good . We had sodas for drinks , but kinda cool how you can order a bracelet that allows you to get any of many wines, mixed drinks or beers on tap. Pay by the ounces dispensed. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We recommend this pizza joint to all wanting to try a place very different & quite tasty …

Great local spot that serves delicious brick-fired oven pizza. They have tons of beers on tap also, as well as salads and apps. The staff are always super nice and food comes out fast. It’s a favorite for dinner. Typically pizzas are $9-12 and serve one adult, or maybe two people if you also get a salad. It’s perfect for date night or family night.

Love the Smokin Oak salad with the Buffalo Chicken pizza. Most restaurants use iceberg lettuce for their salads. Not these guys! I love that the salad is a spring mix. Keep it coming!!

As others have said, toppings are light. If I had to guess, I would say about 1.5oz of cheese was used on a 10 inch crust, other local spots use 3oz of cheese on 9 inch crusts. Does not cover well, can see large areas of sauce. I have attached photos of the 2 pizzas I ordered and a photo from thier website.

I used the taproom for the first time, and it was fun and affordable! And of course the pizza is just excellent. I had the gluten-free crust, and my husband tried that and liked it too. Just invited some friends to join us, so we’ll be visiting again soon! I gave you 5 stars for atmosphere bc there’s certainly nothing wrong with it. However, it’s more conducive to lunch than dinner and feels like a fast food joint (think Imo’s as far as atmosphere goes). I would enjoy myself even more (or at least more often) if it were a bit darker and had more seating and/or tables for larger groups. Hoping you’ll upgrade soon!

Our children absolutely adored this place and the pizza was so amazing, nice and fresh. Caleb, who made the dough was so nice and kind and entertained my kids. We will absolutely come back again. Check this place out if you have kids or if you don’t! The specialty pizzas were 10.95 and the kids were free with an adult purchase 🙂

Stopped in while I was in Washington for work, had to keep going back! Food is phenomenal, the staff are exceptionally friendly & go out of their way to make you fat & happy!! Also they have a full self serve tap wall & they also carry Tractor Brewing Company’s Organic sodas, a must try! All the pizza is wood fired & it doesn’t get better than that.

I was out in the area and hungry so I decided to pop into this place that already had good reviews. Turns out it was a great decision. The food is great with a wide selection of pizzas and other foods. There are lots of different adult and even non adult beverages to choose from and the staff were excellent in every way.
