Unfortunately, stopping here ruined my day. Such a first-world problem to have, isn’t it? But on a long awaited vacation after working endlessly for weeks, I was so excited to get my a cup of coffee on my first free day in too long. What I thought would be a 15 minute in & out trip, was 30 minutes standing in the lobby. “The order isn’t lost, We are making them in order,” A worker stated after I had received no coffee after 15 minutes. As someone that worked at Starbucks, I understand how the pull tab system works. When asking 10 minutes later where our stuff was, I got blank stares with no answer. Three different workers were approached & none gave us the time of day.
Please- just say you got distracted, lost the order, and are sorry. Don’t gaslight me as though I don’t understand what’s going on. The pull tabs were not in order. We watched the drivethru line fill up, empty out, and fill up again, to empty out before we got our drinks. 30 minutes later upon receiving two cold brews, a shaken espresso, & a latte a different worker finally admitted to losing the order.
No refund, gift card, or apology was given. I’ve supported this chain for ages & there are many wonderful workers that balance customer service & efficiency well. The best workers, even if they aren’t the fastest, know how far an apology & $5 gift card can go. The DM needs to reevaluate who they hired at this store because this is not the Starbucks I stand behind.

This is a really big Starbucks with plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Our drink came out fast but we also came at a non busy time. They have two unisex bathrooms, they were very clean. The parking lot was a little weird to navigate.

I am a Starbucks regular, but was visiting this location from out of town. The place was ridiculously over busy, and unfortunately the barista was not as fast as the conditions required.

Stay away from this place after 9:00, the staff is just done. Also, not so great during lunch rush, or the morning commute. If you’re friends with someone who works there you’re golden, otherwise you’re not a customer you’re a nuisance. You want a tall Americano with cream at 9:15 PM. Best we got is creamy hot water and a 30 minute wait. I even tipped 30% when I placed the order, and the two people behind me still got their drinks first.

Friendly staff and great service, nice ambience. Drive Thru is always crowded with cars. I will suggest go for dining instead of waiting.

Great service with even faster checkouts. Average wait on a Sunday morning of a long weekend is around 4 minutes. The restrooms however were however not up to the mark. Need some improvement and focus on cleaning and stocking them up.

The people were absolutely lovely and made sure I was able to finish my homework before shutting down even though closing time had arrived. I tried to politely pack up and leave and they made sure I was aware they would prefer I do what needs doing over leaving on time and that little interaction absolutely makes this place worth stopping by. I’ve been to many Starbucks in many places and this one is by far my favorite! The decorations, the staff, the location, all of it. It’s IMMACULATE

I went thru the drive thru and the lids on both the coffee cups were not on…they leaked into the cup holders and the cups got soft and dripped on me and the car and what a mess. Also included a picture of the bottom of my cup after I emptied the remaining coffee into a cup…looks like I changed the car oil

Fantastic Starbucks and beautiful building to sit in. I’m not normally a huge Starbucks guy, but I really enjoyed visiting this location and working from it while drinking coffee. The store was very clean and very spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I ordered. Would go back again for sure.
