I have never left a bad review in my life but this was very upsetting. For this much coffee to be in my cup when I paid full price and was even asked for a tip before my drink was given to me. This is ridiculous.

It’s hard to give a place like Starbucks 5 stars because it’s the same atmosphere, coffee, and service that you get at any other Starbucks. But I think that just for those reasons, they deserve it. You know what you are getting, and you know what to expect. They were all friendly and helpful.

My last few experiences here were not so good. I ordered a double bacon sandwich and got a sandwich with almost no bacon. Next visit my matcha wasn’t made right so it tasted like grass. I’m still sour about losing my free drink coupon after signing up on the app. They couldn’t find my account so I had to call after every transaction to get my points till my coupon was expired. Then magically my account was fixed and I earned points as normal.

I ordered a venti decaf white chocolate mocha via GrubHub. Instead they delivered someone named Ambar’s grande pecan latte. YUCK! List grande coffee is only 2/3 full. WOW!! But they did manage to get the bakery items right. Do better Starbucks. I cannot drink the crap you sent me. Not to mention I paid more for mine and you sent me a much cheaper drink.

This place has been my go-to for all my coffee and morning breakfast needs. The atmosphere is great, the baristas are friendly and greet each customer with a smile. I don’t think there’s ever been an issue with my orders, be in the fast line, mobile or in the store, I’m always pleased and satisfied. Thank you Starbucks!!!!!

I love Starbucks! However, I have the same problem every time I go. I order a latte with no foam and no room (which means coffee to the top of the cup). Every time I either get foam …. or scraped off foam with a 3/4 full coffee. It is frustrating. Even though I have mentioned it to them several times. I tried calling, but the phone is not answered.

I had the pumpkin spice latte, I realized I don’t like latte, so if you like lattes and pumpkins. I’m sure it’ll be delicious The management was nice and she allowed me to get another drink in place of. The green tea frappe used to be delicious I don’t go to Starbucks alot.
