Go to the kiosk pick your dozen,
Add your name and possibly a tip, for what?? I haven’t even spoken to an employee. then go to the pick up line and wait and wait for employee to finally ask if it matters what dozen you get?
You just made me pick from your catalog kiosk what dozen I wanted!! are they all the same price now?
KEEP THAT $20.00 and your frozen donuts Its the last you’ll ever get from this former customer. There are better donut shops than Dunkin.

Excellent customer service by Bryson. We had the two sausage egg cheese croissants and hash browns. My husband and I are not fans of what spices that are being used but that is our personal taste. Be sure to come here to get your breakfast and donuts in addition to sandwiches. Blessings for a 2026. Thanks again Bryson you are super.

The food was horrible! I only got five hash browns in the bag and not only were they cold, but they smelt like dirty dishwater. The wrap that I got was ice cold on the inside and it had a weird smell as well. They might want to try washing things a little better because this was the nastiest experience I’ve had ever with a fast food chain and that’s saying a lot. I’ve never gone to dunkin’ donuts before and it’s funny because this is the first time I’ve ever actually stopped there for breakfast and was completely appalled! The only thing that was good was the orange juice, but that’s because it comes in a sealed bottle. Complete waste of $12! The food was inedible! I should stop back by after work and let them take a smell of it… I am very disappointed! I will not be going back and I’ll make sure that everyone I know hears about this and avoids this restaurant! If it wasn’t for the fact that I’m on my way to work, I would have turned around and took this back and let them know how disgusting it is. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time because I can’t be late for work LOL some of us take pride in our jobs…

Last month I ordered a Summer munchkins bucket with donut holes and ordered through the app. Once I got to the drive thru speaker, they told me they never received my order but I was charged and it’s in my transaction history. Once I got to the drive thru window, they told me they didn’t receive my order and they were out of donut holes but we saw other customers with donut holes. I had my kids in the car and they were upset we had to drive away with nothing. I wasn’t able to get a refund but they gave me reward points.

Got to the window & not even a minute goes by and I’m being rushed to order which I never eat or buy coffee here. I then say something that I needed a minute meanwhile in less than 2 mins 3 people total kept asking me what I wanted. I finally just picked the first thing I seen. Couldn’t even order myself a coffee so I had to get a water. Then I ask for a blended coffee and was informed the machine was down. I then said I don’t even know what I would like because I was rushed & then this lady informs me that they are on a timer & had a line and she had been there since 4 am. I truly am disgusted with this place especially since I only went there mostly for a coffee because I work sun up to sun down. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

They were completely out of the delicious donuts. All they had left was the basics. In addition, the rewards app was not working and the cashier made no effort to help us redeem our points. In fact, she just told us to pay the full price. We finally ordered online after 15 minutes to get the discounted price. The workers were kind, though.

Very pleased with our service and the accuracy of our order. We had a few beverages and lots of sandwiches. Everything came out perfectly, and they actually toasted the bagels. I’m used to their bagels always being just barely toasted. I was pleased! 🙂
