This has to be some crude joke because how do you work there and make this?! I went in yesterday morning because I had to get going for a long drive so I stopped for a simple drink to keep me awake so I asked for a light ice Espresso drink. Took 2 sips and looked at all the ice inside it’s practically just ice. Double check your drink before driving off because I couldn’t even turn back I was in a time crunch. Someone there is just messing around with people’s orders because even a regular drink doesn’t contain this much ice.

I love this Starbucks! Everyone there is so kind. Kelsey and Jasmine always go out of their way to say hi to us when we stop in and if it’s not busy check in on how my baby is doing and everyone else is always polite and upbeat. Food and drinks are almost always made right (and when they’re not they quickly remake it for us and it’s perfect). My favorite is the kind notes they sometimes write on the cups and bags! Those always make my day.

I stop at this Starbucks every day I have work and every time I ask for light ice. I’m not sure if “light” is supposed to fill half the cup but each time I have the same issue. It’s like they try to fill the cup with ice so you get less of the drink you actually pay for. It’s really annoying at this point and feel like I’m just wasting my money ordering a venti when the actual drink barely amounts to a grande in size when the rest is packed with ice.

Went inside to order a coffee and work on my laptop. Ordered a drink, waited over 25 minutes with other orders being filled and never got it. Asked at the counter and they didn’t have an order for it after I had already paid. Very loud and noisy inside. Left without a drink or refund. There’s a much better option in Richlands called The Coffee Co. better coffee, better atmosphere and excellent service.

I have not had bad service or anything, just issues with the products they serve. I enjoy the employees I have seen and the drive-thru was fast at 10AM.
I’ve gotten the same thing 2x at this location and it is NOT made correctly compared to the 3 other locations I regular in Jacksonville.
I’m not sure if they don’t fully push the pumps, mix it incorrectly, or use the wrong milk, but something is wrong with my drink from this location both times I’ve received it.
Probably won’t be returning as I rarely come out this way, but maybe if I do it will be better next time hopefully.
