Experience was especially sweetened by Barista Jack Bowers, who was extremely patient and helped me and my illiterate grandfather understand the items on the menu. Y’all, lemme tell ya. it was the absolute best experience i’ve ever had with the food, drinks AND customer service. My buddy ol’ pal JACK was friendly, kind and he sang an amazing Christmas carol. It was absolutely terrific!! Yall have to go check out this Starbucks and have him sing a Christmas carol for you (he is the most jolly fellow i know). Trust me you won’t regret it, it’s a once in a lifetime experience!!! And the vibe of this Starbucks is on point. The atmosphere is tea and as soon as i walk in i am greeted with happiness. And to say the least, i am just so grateful for the smile JACK puts on my face every time i go.

This Starbucks is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to, and honestly, the reason is Jack. Every time I walk in, he’s the first person I look for. Jack makes the entire place feel brighter his smile, his energy, the way he remembers my order like it actually matters. It’s December time and it says they close at 10pm. We arrived at 8:30 and they were already starting to clean. We ordered a chocolate that, by the way, was super tasteless. It wasn’t 9pm yet and they started pouring liquid on the floor to clean and obviously it smelled quite strong. We decided it was better to go out when the idea was to sit down and talk for a while.
