Awesome all around! I got a pup cup for the pup and a blue raspberry gelato for myself. The gentleman who served me was very kind, helpful and quick I must add!
They have plenty of seating available if you want to eat outside to enjoy the atmosphere.

The selection of flavors is wonderful!
My grandson got a cone of “cheesecake” flavored custard. I got a type of a sundae that was vanilla, “blended” with Reese’s peanut butter cups and oreo cookies! I will honestly say that, it was delicious!
Another thing that I would recommend you try is a Gelato. Mine was peach shaved ice topped with lots of whipped cream…absolutely delicious!

This is BY FAR the BEST Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard location I’ve EVER been to. I’ve been a loyal Rita’s customer since they 1st opened up year and years ago. I always look forward to spring, so that I can calm my Rita’s craving. This location however, had so many italian ice and custard flavors that I’d never seen or heard of at any other Rita’s locations.
We aren’t from Elizabethtown, but we’d driven by this location several times over the last 4-6 months. My daughter kept asking me if we could PLEASE stop, but back in the spring, I was hesitant to stop because of the whole COVID thing. Finally this last time, I caved, and BOY AM I GLAD I DID. The street view of this location is SO INVITING. I love the little picnic tables located in front of their shop and the Red/White umbrella’s are perfect to keep the sun off of you on those Hot/Sunny Days, while you cool down with some delicious Italian Ice :^). The staff is so friendly and they were all wearing masks as well as asking customers to follow the social distancing guidelines. I’d definitly recommend to ANYONE that you stop by this location and grab some Ice and see for yourself, just how many flavors you just HAVE TO try.

By far the worst experience I had at a Rita’s. I waited 15 minutes and it was 3 people in line including myself. Then they gave me a Gelati filled with syrup. It was no ice. No ice cream at the bottom. It was like a warm soupy mess. Never ever again. How do you mess up Rita’s?

What a great experience! We had the Rita’s truck at my daughter’s graduation party today and they went above and beyond!!! The staff was excellent along with everything they did for my daughter! Best rita’s experience i ever had!

I’ve been going to Ritas probably since the 1980s every summer with family or friends. Needless to say my husband and I were very disappointed a few weeks ago when we stopped by for a large cup of custard. We saw a man walk away with about a 5″ tall stacked custard on a waffle cone which was tempting for me to buy but I decided to purchase a large cup of custard instead. When the cup was placed in front of me it barely filled the narrow part of the base of the cup so it was only a 3rd filled (about an inch high). The amount made me question how much money was spent with the tall cone and how hollow was it if it was possibly the same weight as mine?. When I questioned if it was a large the woman placed it on the scale & explained to me I was being charged by weight, then preceded to hold it up in the air to yell to the customers in line “this is a large”! I heard a lot of rumblings behind me of disappointment. Whomever that was could’ve done a lot better vs shaming a long time customer as I did not make a scene & just questioned the volume and nothing more. I did not take a picture as it wasn’t worth it other then to post a quick review. Maybe this is all just a misunderstanding, but I do believe as a consumer, product must be sold as advertised.

I continue to have issues every single time I visit the elizabethtown location. I ask for a concrete I get a blending. I have asked for ingredient and have gotten other ingredients instead. Not sure what the kids behind the counter think about that but doesn’t bring customers back.

This location used to be good but our recent experiences here have not been good mainly due to the employees. This evening after my husband had waited 20 minutes in line finally got to place his order. He watched while the blonde employee who took his order snapchatted on her phone in front of him for a couple minutes before making the order. In addition to that, the mint chocolate chip ice was clumpy/old and inedible. A couple weeks ago, I had ordered vanilla custard with cotton candy ice. I did not realize until that I got home that I was given vanilla custard with mostly vanilla ice and a thin layer of cotton candy ice on top. We will be unlikely to be back.

I wanted to order a peanut butter milkshake from the Elizabethtown Rita’s. But I was told they don’t have peanut butter milkshakes when I clearly got one the other day. Their sign has milkshake with all the flavours and peanut butter was one of those flavours. I was not very happy.
