So a few weeks ago when on vacation in Virginia we ordered the pecan crunch latte at a Starbucks there. The drink was so darn good I just had to order another one at the closest Starbucks to my house. That was a mistake. It wasn’t as sweet. It tasted totally different. This isn’t the first bad drink I’ve gotten from this KM location. Please tighten up and read the instructions folks.

Ordered a cold brew with honey as the sweetener. Said you have to use a little hot water to melt the honey. Got my drink with the honey not melted. Asked for a new one with honey melted this time and i forgot to ask for no ice so when they made this one the honey was melted but i literally watched them fill the drink half way up with water because I wasnt getting ice…
They said the cold brew was concentrated and needed watered down… Maybe. Im going to another Starbucks to get my drink.

My boyfriend and I visit this Starbucks every Sunday after we do our grocery shopping and it’s the best. The location is clean, the employees Gaia and Tyler are both kind and welcoming, and they always get our orders correct and tasting delicious.

I don’t see the big deal about Starbucks. They are overpriced, and I find their coffee to be bitter or something. This Starbucks is in an Ingles grocery store so atmosphere is not great. The service is good, but this rating is more about not liking their product.

I love coming into this Starbucks! They are always smiling and loving their position as baristas! They are extremely helpful in suggesting different drinks to try and offer up the newest concoctions to taste.

I always order regular coffee whenever I visit a Starbucks. To me coffee is very strong. Lemon pound cake is awesome. I think coffee is a little pricey and way too strong. Overall a nice little place to get your latte or cappuccino on.

i came her on friday and was terribly disappointed. a woman named jesica took my order and was horribly rude to me. every time i come, great service. friday=terrible. i won’t come back if that mena lady is still there!

Baristas are rude, everytime I have came here it seems like the baristas are rushing you out of there. One literally slid my drink across the counter to the point to where it almost fell off and as soon as I was going to say something she said in such a fake and sickly sweet voice “Have a great day”. Rude as heck. Also if you want to redeem stars apparently at this location you can’t. Asked the lady nicely if I could redeem stars for a cup and she cut me off and was like “We don’t accept stars here.” Didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I will continue going to the one in Kings Mountain.
