I would like to share my highest recommendation for this outstanding sushi restaurant, which has quickly become one of our favorite places for many reasons.
The service is exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warmth and kindness. The entire staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
We especially want to highlight Nancy’s service—she’s absolutely our favorite. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care make every visit extra special.
And of course, the food is simply incredible. Every dish prepared by Mr. Top is a true masterpiece—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality and consistency are outstanding, every single time.
Without a doubt, this restaurant is highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine with top-notch service.

I came for dinner with my husband. We had for appetizers the springs rolls and then we tried the shrimp tempura roll. Food was good and service was excellent! They were very friendly. You can go for a walk to the pier after your dinner. Great location!

On vacation and decided to check out this sushi spot. The Food and service was so good, we went back the next day. Our waitress was so fun, personable and a big help on decision making. Highly recommend the jellyfish salad & Tom Kar soup and can’t go wrong with any of the rolls. They are only open for dinner, and offer both outdoor & indoor seating.

Overall nice experience. Been a couple of times. Really like the fried rice. The teriyaki chicken was slightly overcooked but like the sauce and sides. Ordered two cooked rolls – salmon and shrimp. Both were very good. I do like their raw rolls better. Be back next year.

Great service. we ordered some noodles for the kiddo. And they made sure to bring it out first as the sushi was being made. The sushi tasted fresh and was very tasty, definitely enjoyed our meal

Delicious sushi spot right off of Pompano Beach and surrounded by other eateries and kitschy gift shops. A staff member of the company we rented seats and an umbrella from on the beach recommended this place to us, regarding it as the best locally-owned sushi place in town. We were very satisfied with the food and service, though the price was pretty steep (but not surprising for the tourist-filled town).
We sat on the patio during sunset. I started off with a ginger salad and then had a bonsai roll (recommended to me by our server) and a yellowtail roll. Both were tasty. I found the yellowtail roll in the basic rolls section. The bonsai roll was more than $15 and the yellowtail was maybe $7. However, I didn’t expect such a difference in quantity of food in the rolls. The yellowtail was tiny! My husband started off with miso soup and then ordered the spicy tuna, rainbow, and volcano rolls.
We left stuffed to our brim and took a combination of pieces, resulting in about a roll’s worth, back to our hotel, very satisfied.

Fun atmosphere for a casual sushi experience. Top tier sushi and fried gyoza. We also go a small sample of the spicy ahi tuna salad. Would absolutely recommend coming here.
