Amazing!! Great service and atmosphere, all three girls here were wonderful- but Taylor at the register really blew me away! She was so kind and thoughtful to not just me but to everyone that walked up to the register. Had perfect patience and was absolutely a delight to watch work. Restored my faith in humanity a little bit to see the three of them work together and with customers the way they did!

Edit to respond to owner comment, I was already having a terrible day and know all too well the attitude the employees get when you ask them to remake a drink. Wasn’t up for it. Was there to try and make my day better not worse.

The crew seemed a little disjointed but it was a busy Sunday at mid-morning.
One of our breakfast sandwiches disappeared but the crew got a new one up pretty fast once we able to get their attention.
Order was spot on and the coffees were perfect.
This location has a spot for mobile order pick up right by the door which is separate from the regular pick up.
Parking lot is a bit small and tight as others have noted.

Carter made my day! I was looking for a unique Starbuck’s cup for my mother in law. He recommended the absolute coolest travel cup! I’m not over exaggerating when I say this young man has the most wonderful personality!
I’m in medical school so when I noticed the outdoor seating I made a mental note to bring my laptop and sit outside on a nice day and get some work done with a tasty drink.
I highly recommend this location. Starbuck’s managers- directors- Give Carter a bonus or raise because he is the epitome of outstanding customer service!

All I can say is WOW! Best experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. Kelly made this a one of a kind start to my birthday. The whole team working wished me happy birthday and Kelly made a fantastic drink and drew a little birthday drawing for me on my cup. Kindness goes a long way! I’ve been going to Starbucks around the country for over 20 years, and the last ten I go with my family often. This is the first timeI’ve had such a negative experience.
My husband and myself and my 3 kids went to this Starbucks at noon on a Saturday. It was very crowded, nearly every table was taken and there were customers waiting for their orders at the counter. There were many conversations going on and it was quite loud in there (being a Saturday at lunch near Target). My husband had my 12 month old on his lap and she squealed several times over the ten min period while we were waiting for our food and drinks. She is 1, doesn’t walk or climb or talk. The manager at the time, Taylor, came up to our table and said is there a problem?? She said she had other customers there and we were too loud. It was crowded and loud in there already! I felt so singled out and isolated because we happen to be a family.
I go to the Gilead Starbucks more than once weekly, and they have always been pleasant. The Knockando location was honestly the only time I’ve witnessed an employee correct a family who was doing nothing wrong. I thought one of Starbucks tenants was inclusion. Most definitely exclusion here. So disappointed.

Team has difficulty following simple instructions and very slow. Ordered a drink with light ice. See photos. Lol. It took nearly 10 minutes to get my drink. There were 3 baristas plus the cashier and it wasn’t busy. Never again.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the Sam Furr location in Huntersville North Carolina. Their customer service is unmatched in any starbucks I’ve ever been to. They go out of their way to be pleasant and welcoming even when there is a rush and people are being rude to them. Taylor especially is a ray of sunshine and always takes time to greet people and share a word while keeping up with all the mobile orders. I consider their store my home store and will drive across town, past other locations, just because no other store matches what service I receive there. Thank you so much for the extra you put in!
