This place is great. Lots of enthusiastic employees and the food was awesome. So glad it finally opened, what took so long?????? The place was spotless, service was quick and food was fantastic. Kate at the front was great, they are always very quick and the food is delicious. The place was spotless. We were asked to do a survey but we can’t do the survey and I aplogize to management because of this. We are old and I hate my phone. If we get on there and do a survey then you guys will ping my phone over and over and over and over and over and over and over. And that’s not very fun. But we did appreciate the visit, we always go to this one because the employees are happy and cheerful. Even though we couldn’t put that in a survey.

Been here twice and didn’t enjoy my experience. They never have enough food cooked, on top of that they expect you to select from their very limited selection. I love Panda always but I’ve walked out of this place twice with nothing.

Terribly slow. Don’t waste your time ordering online thinking it’ll be quicker. The employees were nonchalant—I waited nearly 20 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, then items were missing from the bag. It’s apparent that walk-ins get priority.

I always order my panda before I get there from the app. This place is awesome I’m not sure why they get bad reviews. I get the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken, they always load my plate up this is one of the best pandas I’ve been to in a while.

I asked for fried rice and got boiled rice. Fried rice does not stick together and it has better flavor.

I like this location as it’s closer to my place than the other Panda express on Whittlesey and I don’t have to fight for a parking spot because of neighboring businesses. The store is clean and service is good. The food is great like at every other Panda express I’ve been to.

I’ll start by saying that I love Panda and eat at Panda quite often. I had tried this new location a couple of times and unfortunately, had a less than positive experience both times. Since it is a new location, I assumed that it was just a new crew learning the process and it would get better. Unfortunately, it has only gotten worse. My experience tonight included arriving with my family at 7pm to a food bar that was virtually empty, which was not a big deal. I even commented to my family that was no big deal since they would cook it fresh-to-order. The line continued to build behind us with everyone waiting on their food to be cooked. It was then that a Pizza delivery driver showed up with pizzas for the staff, only for the staff to not have any cash to pay for the pizza they ordered. Meanwhile, with all of these folks waiting for food and a line still waiting to order, the manager disappears (presumably to go to an ATM to get money for the pizza delivery). Meanwhile, several folks in line just walk out due to the situation. At this point the staff begins to list off all the things that they are out of for the night and that what was out on the hot bar was the only food left for the night. Keep in mind it’s 7pm, not even near closing time. Finally, the manager returns and hands her keys to another worker and sends her out (presumably to also get cash for the pizza guy). Finally, what appears to be a family member of another worker shows up with cash money that that is eventually given to the pizza man. My family’s observation was simply that, if half the attention and concern that was shown for the pizza would have been given to cooking food for the hot bar, I wouldn’t be writing this review and a half dozen potential customers wouldn’t have walked out – and I would have gotten the black pepper beef that I came for. As a restaurant owner myself, please let me never find out that my staff would have been more concerned with their pizza than serving our paying customers.

On a positive note, the workers are nice and the food tastes good. But the two times that I have been here, the wait has been long (about 35 minutes in the drive thru the first time, and at least 15 minutes waiting for my food in the drive thu parking spot the second time). And both times they were either out of stock of some menu item or ran out and were in the process of making more.

The service was terrible. The store is supposed to open at 10am, but even when employees were inside, no one responded at the drive-thru. When I drove around to check if the store was actually open, an employee just laughed while looking at me. It’s especially sad to see this kind of service in a nicer, more sophisticated part of town. This is unacceptable.
