This has got to he the slooooowest starbucks I have ever been to and then their drive thru setup forces you to stay in the drive thru line with no way to get out of it at all, just stuck there for literally 50 mins, maybe longer even, for a coffee. Just absolutely insane for a company like this. This is why I very rarely to to starbucks anymore because their service is just so terrible and their coffee is mediocre at best, but just nobody else open at this time of day on my way out of town on a long drive. This location in particular is just horrible and the management needs addressed because someone is not holding the staff here accountable or not training them properly or short staffing or all of the above. Drive thru setup is just crazy.

I placed an order for pick up on my way to work as I got there to pick it up I received my breakfast sandwich and was told I had to wait 19 minutes on my coffee drink. I asked for my money back and for the manager. The lady advised the manager that I threatened her and wanted to cause a scene. I told the manager I didn’t threaten any one. The manager was polite and said I’d be happy to give you a refund. The co worker also said to me you didn’t threaten anyone, I seen everything that happened. They were very busy and it was chaotic and very unorganized. They had orders every where and no one knew who ordered what. I come to Starbucks all the time and I never have an issue. I will not be returning.

We walked in and placed an order for 3 coffees after after waiting for 10 mins in line. We weren’t told of the wait and backlog and we found out about 30 mins later that we were second in line to have our order made. In total it took 40 mins for us to get our coffee. This place is way understaffed and the employees are doing their best to serve. But clearly mismanaged.

Ordered my usual mango dragon fruit today and was very disappointed. My dink had exactly 3 pieces of fruit. Usually top covered with fruit. When I questioned / complaint about the lack of fruit, I was told the spoon is small. What!? In no way did it look like the advertised pictures nor did I ever get it this way! Just lost a customer.

Waited in line for 40 + minutes because could not get out of their drive thru set up. The service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. My son took a full on nap in the car and woke up and we still had not left.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned by my experience at this location.
I ordered a Strawberry Refresher and clearly informed the staff that I have a severe coconut allergy. I specifically requested that oat milk be used instead of coconut milk, and I made my allergy very clear before the drink was prepared.
Despite this, the drink was made with coconut milk in addition to oat milk. Shortly after consuming it, I suffered a severe allergic reaction that resulted in me being hospitalized for four days.
This was a completely preventable situation and a serious failure to follow basic allergy safety protocols. Food allergies are not preferences — they are medical conditions, and ignoring them can have life-threatening consequences.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I am seeking legal counsel regarding this incident. I strongly urge management to retrain staff on allergy awareness and proper drink preparation to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

The workers were nice but they definitely take their time. Waiting 20+ minutes for a cold brew seems excessive when there is hardly anyone inside. I understand that they have a drive through and I understand that they have mobile orders but they have no urgency about themselves.

Drive thru was so slow, at least 20 minutes waiting. And the way the drive thru is set up means once you are in the line, you are stuck. The hot chocolate we ordered was a little watery, but it was nice and warm on a cold night.

This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. Waited 30 minutes for our coffees – prioritized online orders that sat there the entire time we were there. Manager was snappy at anyone asking why there was a delay. If you are paying 7 for a latte, this should not be how you are treated.
