I hate the self-ordering machines that they have in the store. So many screens. So many things to choose from so many mistakes that are easily made. I just wish there was a human being standing there or at least a piece of paper I could write my order on so that I could get what I wanted in less than 15 minutes trying to figure out this stupid menus on the screen

Can you please clean your drink machines? Having mold in my drink I had delivered, kinda gross. Not to mention, people can get really sick. Already had this happen before about a year ago, but this is worse. New photos added for this time. This isn’t meant to be harsh, but people gotta know about stuff like this.

I’ve eaten here several times with no extreme issues. I’ve watched the place go through some rough patches with lower staffing at times and a high turnover rate. I sympathize with customer service workers, I know it can be a stressful job with not a lot of return at times, but there’s a point where I feel the line needs to be drawn.
What appears to be mold in my drink is that line. I tried to call and warn them about it so no one else has a chance to get sick from it and got no response. I get that there’s bad days but this just feels negligent and lacks a level a consideration that I feel everyone deserves. Sorry but it’s just not right.

We moved to the area not too long ago and this is now our closest mcdonalds. We have ordered delivery 4 times since joining the neighborhood. All 4 times the order is missing items in the sealed bag. I pay more for the delivery fees just to be told I have to come in to replace the items that I already paid more for being delivery and am told no refunds.
I’ll keep going to other locations but this is ridiculous.

Well, as we all know, you’re lucky if you get fresh fries. Yet again, I got really old stale fries. Got a medium, and you can see in the photo that’s my “medium fries.” I asked for a cheeseburger with NO pickle and extra ketchup. The photo explains everything. I also asked for a buffalo sauce and got one with a hole in it, lol. also don’t think about calling to complain, they don’t answer!

Will the atmosphere was lovely cuz I was in the Drive-Thru and they have tropical trees and foliage so their drive through is pretty nice. The people there are generally very friendly, the food is pretty much always great, but don’t say you want a Mcblizzard. They don’t like when you call a McFlurry and Mcblizzard. LOL

2024-McDonald’s seems to have forgotten that people eat fast food because it’s supposed to be cheap. Customers are well aware that the food is unhealthy and that’s the trade-off they make for cheap food. At some point, McDonald’s forgot that and started over pricing their food as if it were some thing of great value. And I get it, there’s a certain convenience with a drive-through, but in this age of information when consumers are becoming increasingly aware of the chemicals that are used in the making of fast food, price hikes seem to be the worst thing McDonald’s could do. At this point you think that they would keep food cheap. I personally stopped visiting McDonald’s as my New Year’s resolution and after not eating McDonald’s for about 30 days I didn’t crave it anymore, at all.
2023 – It’s hit-and-miss here. Either the sandwiches are drowning in mayo, or there’s not enough tartar sauce to scarf down the fillet of fish.

They forgot the hashbrown… Good thing I ate at the restaurant. I told the manager and she promptly delivered it to my table. These mistakes should not be happening.

Disappointing Experience at This McDonald’s
Yesterday, I went to this McDonald’s for dinner with my two daughters, and unfortunately, the experience was quite bad. I usually expect decent service from McDonald’s, but this location fell short.
First, my order was incomplete—I was missing three items. I had to go back to the counter to let them know, which was already inconvenient. Then, I sat back down and waited for six minutes, hoping they would bring me the missing food. But nothing happened. I had to get up again to remind them, which was frustrating.
Overall, the service was slow and disorganized. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of attentiveness made this a disappointing visit. I won’t be rushing back to this location anytime soon.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stood at the counter waiting to be seen. It’s the only location I’ve had this happened to. When I’m finally seen, the staff is rude and seems irritated that they have to be talking your order. It’s not like they are short staffed.
