Always new staffing which makes getting a prepared drink a longer than should be expected wait. Baristas are friendly. Not a bad experience but not great either. I think management is so worried about cost that it is often understaffed with long wait times which is why I give two stars. Just to be clear this is not the Batistas fault.

Note: this is not in any way directed at the barista – she was lovely and did her absolute best! However, she was the only one staffing the Starbucks with multiple people in line to order and me picking up a mobile order. Also, she was unable to fill my order before I arrived because they didn’t have two of the items I ordered and I had to choose alternates. Their vegetarian hot breakfast items were slim pickings to begin with so I was not left with much. Again, not the barista’s fault. Overall I would not recommend this Starbucks for mobile orders (especially if you’re in a hurry and/or vegetarian), but if you’re already shopping at Harris Teeter it’s a fine option.

There’s this lady that goes by the name Tasha i believe? But when ordering my drink she was awfully rude and didn’t even look like she had any motivational drive to be there in the first place. Not only that but she messed up my drink and had the nerve to give me some sort of animosity towards that. Not sure what her role is at this Starbucks but she’s incredibly ineligible

Service is pretty bad here. Every time I go here staff realizes that they are out of coffee and start brewing. Weekends are ok, but during peak business hours people cannot wait for it to brew. Today I’m rushing to work and felt like stopping by and have coffee. The story begins… #Starbucks and #store manager, I’m not going to stepping in anytime into this location. My only suggestion is “be proactive not reactive”

Usually I’ll go to the fuquay location but it’s super busy. I went to this location in Harris teeter. I had a great experience with the lead barista Violetta knew how to and made my vanilla cappuccino correct, and fast with friendly smile. Also ordered a sandwich which she was very glad to make. Using proper technique with gloves and tongs. I’m in food industry myself so I appreciate that. It seemed busy to me but she was in the zone and was handling all the orders and being friendly at the same time.

I just want to say this review doesn’t go for every time I’ve been here but definitely today.
I know my drink order is a little odd but most people haven’t minded it. For a $10 coffee I would expect it to look right.
My boyfriend asked if they had a specific item before ordering. They said yes, but upon payment I was told they didn’t. Nor did I get my receipt to see what I paid $30 for in the end.
Then they forgot the other coffee… multiple mistakes in one transaction.
The service has gone downhill in the past few months

Natasha at this starbucks was incredibly rude. She rushed my order, got it wrong and seemed irritated when I politely asked for a remake. She literally grunted and said “oh my God” right in front of me when I asked for a new drink, as if I was annoying her.. She also placed the (still wrong) remake on the counter without saying a word to me. If you hate your job, you should consider quitting.
