I love this Starbucks. It’s my go to. I normally get the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with extra caramel crunch and it’s always made so good!!!! The employees are also very friendly 🙂

Overall poor experience, friendly staff but extremely inattentive. Hot coffee was only filled 1/2 way with whipped cream to compensate. When I asked for this drink to at least be filled to the top, the wrong milk was used I watched this happen. I addressed it, the staff member then lied and said she used the correct one- untrue. This location is only consistent with disappointing me in one way or another.

First time coming to this location and I was disappointed with how long it took to get through the drive through. Also just a poorly designed drive through cause the line went out onto the street. Other than that the coffee was great and cake pop was good!

This must be the training center for all future Starbucks baristas.
This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There is absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff, often having to wait more than 30 mins just for them to start making your order.
Never walk in, always preorder and save yourself 20-30 mins of standing around waiting in the store.

I have stopped ordering here bc any drink I order always tastes like watered-down milk and missing cold foam, which costs extra.
The lid for got drinks always leaks too. The atmosphere is no longer cozy since they changed the layout. No couch, no comfy chairs, just tables now. The music is played so loud it’s no longer a good place to study or enjoy a book w coffee.
