I believe it was my fault not requesting the drink iced. They handed it to me hot. When I mentioned I must have made a mistake they rushed to make it iced. It was great to see that I was not treated badly over a mistake. So many fast food chains around here have a horrible attitude. Reidsville Starbucks, I have never seen any form of negativity. Why do I come here? Because it’s the closest one for me. I hate going inside because there’s one girl in there that’s just rude. I did call corporate office once to make a complaint but I see she’s still there. I hate going through drive through too because well the wait is forever long. What’s the point of ordering the app when it doesn’t matter when you have to sit in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes. Why don’t I go inside? Because I’ve recently had a knee replaced and a different knee surgery so getting out of my car can be tricky in the morning. Why don’t yall make a special line for mobile app users? Like chick fil a?? You may attract more customers. My biggest complaint is there is no consistency on the coffees. I religiously ordering the brown sugar frappacino and one day I got it and was given to me like an ice coffee. I was beyond irritated I didn’t have time to go in to get it fixed plus I couldn’t so I was stuck with a disgusting drink. I even double checked I ordered the right thing. These drinks are not cheap by any means so please make the recipe the same every time!!!

Fast and friendly, everytime i go into this location, rhey always take and make the time for my son who is adhd/autistic, to answer all of his questions, smile with him, laugh with him…they are always so polite and just lovely. This facility is always so so clean and very comfortable.

I truly dislike a place that is so “inclusive” only their radical ideology flag is flown. Ideology aside, with 5 workers, only one of which is slowly making orders & several people waiting for their order, the work ethic is on par for this type of establishment. We only stopped on a road trip and I had no choice otherwise I would have never gone.

The service here SUCKED. I came here twice and the girl (don’t know her name) but she had piercings and colored hair maybe green ?VERY RUDE YOUNG LADY I told her she got my size wrong and just said ” you got charged for the medium size” which I couldve paid for a venti so I thought she was gonna change my size but just said “okay have a nice day” full of sarcasm like okay rude? I see y’all are hiring…. Starbucks hiring team please hire people who will have good attitude and don’t hate their job 😉

Came in @ 6:30 am 7/5/25 and ordered a Vanilla Cap. And noticed the girl was on the store headset @ 6:30 talking to friends. I could hear the conversation was personal. When I got to work and passed out the coffees they were all wrong, and no Vanilla flavor. Drove back to Starbucks and a different girl made it right. I knew when I had trouble communicating with her I should have tried the drink before I got to work. I see all the negative reviews and even reply’s from managers. Why isn’t the manager here on site, instead of sending messages to direct us to a different internet site.
