The staff have been nice to us when we have gone we typically do mobile order and go through the drive-through or do mobile pick up. We always try to take our pup with us when we go so he can get his pup cup. The drive-through line moves quickly. The store appears to stay pretty clean and well maintained and organized.

People allowing their pets in the Store is disgusting. There was a guy who walked in with a very playful dog this morning and I almost cancelled my entire order because I am deathly allergic to dogs. It should be life and health over someone who can not seem to leave their pets at home. The staff is amazing at this location i just think this is not just the downfall of this establishment but all across the board.

2/8/26 9:45am- whoever was the lady at the drive thru, gave me the worst customer experience ever. I requested a refund for the food items that was obviously delayed, the car behind us honking at us 2x bc the line wasn’t moving. Drive- thru lady was very dismissive. She shoved the food bag (with 3 pastry items) at me, did not even apologize that we waited over 10 mins at the line. I still needed a straw for my drink and told her to have a good day because she’s obviously not having a good morning for treating us like that. Ham & Swiss croissant was burnt! I usually have great experience at this location. The mobile app sure makes it hard to get a refund.

I stopped at this Starbucks because it is right off I40. The app was having trouble pinpointing where I was for mobile ordering so I just went inside to order. I stood there for a few minutes before anyone greeted me. It was then another few before anyone took my order. They were very busy. Like many Starbucks this one has gone the route of giving priority to mobile orders and the drive thru. Plus side my drink was fixed quickly and tasted as expected. This was my first time here and I would come back again. Maybe it was just an off 5 minutes as far as customer service.

I have been going to Starbucks almost everyday for years. When this one opened I began coming here (unless out of town). Out of many Starbucks I have been to, this is by far the absolute best one! The staff is absolutely amazing! They work so hard and are so very pleasant!

This location has the worst and slowest drive thru in all the area Starbucks and it’s one of the ones they trap you in and you can’t leave the line. I waited 25 mins last Sunday. I came back this Sunday hoping it was a fluke. Nope, I sat for 10 mins but thankfully I was able to get out of line because it was that backed up. I went to the Kernersville Starbucks 2 miles down the road and had my coffee in about a 2 mins. I would still be waiting in line if I’d stayed. The upper management needs to get it figured out and get your drive thru wait times down and staffed appropriately. Your employees and customers would appreciate it. I understand occasionally being short staffed but you are consistently slow and you never apologize which makes it worse. An apology would go along way.

You can’t go wrong with a Starbucks. I personally don’t drink it, but my wife loves it. The pink drink, add some vanilla. The white chocolate mocha,if it’s cold weather. And the iced white chocolate latte, for these warmer days!

Everytime I go there’s a nice lady named Grace she always makes my order the way I request it fast and right she has always had great customer service even during a rush doing her best for each and every customer the staff as a whole has great communication and understanding and service the store is very well kept and cleaned and everything is washed after each use during a rush whoever manages there has done an amazing job with the people they hired

I just ordered 4 drinks today, and I was so disappointed when I drank them. I also added one more scoop of the inclusion to my drinks, but I didn’t get it. This is the third time this has happened to me. I ordered 1 Matcha and 3 Mango Dragon Fruit. They were too light and sour, and they tasted like regular water with lemon.
