PLEASE stop going off of the negative reviews or the star views!!. This Pizza Hut should have a 5 Star review in my opinion and I don’t understand why they don’t get the credit. We have lived here since last August, and my husband personally doesn’t like Pizza Hut. That being said, we had every other pizza out here you can name. ALL of them are trash, no taste, show up really late, and/or cold, pizza isn’t good in general, and it’s EVERY time. Not like we ordered from a place and had a bad experience and then went elsewhere. No, we try always to give places more than 1 chance bc we aren’t perfect either.
Ever since we have been ordering from this Pizza Hut location the last few months, we have been extremely happy and satisfied. We live just down the road, but even so, the food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and accurate, and I haven’t ever had but 1 delivery issue and that was due to them loosing a driver that night. (Also; their bone in wings are the BEST!) Even still, when other places deliver it, it’s still so perfect! I am sad that we are moving from the area because this Pizza Hut has been a life saver for us while we’ve been moving and packing. My last day ordering some lunch for myself before we move, and they even gave me an extra marinara I didn’t ask for! 🙂 Thank you Wadsworth Pizza Hut for always displaying amazing and friendly customer service, and always, the best quality pizza! #NOONEOUTPIZZASTHEHUT!

Disgusting, I canceled the order and walked out.
Disgusting people that don’t know the first thing about food safety, safe handling of food.
They don’t change their gloves after handling their phone, touching the register and other miscellaneous dirty things.
It’s gross, don’t eat here.

I am a regular at my home store on the west end, and today I tried this location. I always order personal pan/boneless combo. I got 2 personal pans today and it was disgusting and tasted nothing like my usual.

Well this must have been a new employee preparing or helping to prepare. On my wings I asked for mold sauce and I had little to none on the wings. I think she charged me correctly by adding pepperoni and sausage on the pizza.

I have been getting pizza at this Pizza Hut location for Many years on a regular basis The food is always hot and ready, so good!

The other reviews are correct about this location. Placed an online order when I first moved in and they had trouble finding my address. When I placed my next delivery order with them I was courteous enough to call them on the phone, advise them on the previous issue with finding my address, and give them instructions on how to properly find the address. The women on the phone said she saw the note I left in the delivery notes and that she would tell the driver.
She did not.
Driver calls and there are at another location. They said no one told them my instructions and I guess he never read the delivery instructions I left that also explained it. 10 minutes later they call again and are not at my place. I have to come downstairs and try to flag them down. After being outside for ten minutes I call the driver to see what they are doing and they still found the address even with all the information that could POSSIBLY be needed already being provided. I told the driver to cancel my order and he told me to “relax”, so I called the store and told them not to bring my order and the driver better not come anywhere near my apartment after the way he talked to me.
If I don’t get my money back in a reasonable time I’ll get a lawyer and anyone else who gets this same issue and run-around can join the class action with me. I was so excited to finally have a pizza hut that would deliver to my address, but that was asking too much. Save your time, money, and frustration.

Ordered through the website, delivered by DoorDash so pizza was nice and cold by the time I got it. Crust was the consistency of cardboard. Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
