They are always fix my coffee or refresher perfectly! Staff are so polite and kind! Absolutely LOVE the little note on the cups that I thought had stopped. I stop at a different Starbucks once in a while and no note. These can actually change your mood, how you’re feeling or just lift your spirit. Keep up the good work!

I also agree that this is the; slowest; Starbucks; I’ve ever been to. Waited at least 15 mins in the drive thru with some cars sitting at the window for 5 mins each. It’s supposed to be fast service folks. Clean up and improve, get better people, something.

Literally the SLOWEST location I’ve ever visited! I ordered ahead and it said my drink would be ready in 4-7 mins. When I finally got to the window 11 mins later, I waited another min for someone to even come to the window. The guy gave me a total and when I told him that I already paid, the girl told him I was waiting for food. I was not waiting for food. They finally realized that my drink was on the counter the whole time and handed it to me without so much as a “sorry about that”. I won’t be back.

Only 3 cars in front of me and it took 30 minutes just to get a cold brew. By the time I got to the front of the line, my drink no longer looked like a cold brew. It looked like an iced latte because of the foam that has sat for so long. If you have people with big orders, just ask them to pull up and park. There’s no need to make others wait that long when their drinks were prepared and sitting for over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, once you’re in line, you can’t get out because of the median so I was stuck. If you’re in a rush, I don’t recommend you getting in line via drive-through. Just go to the next Starbucks.

Ordered ahead while on my way to an out of town appointment. Got there and my breakfast sandwich was ready, but I waited 10 minutes for my drink. By then, my sandwich was cold. Not sure what the hold up was for the drink as there were over 10 employees behind the counter, but only one poor employee making all the drinks. Perhaps the overly efficient sandwich heater person could have helped the drinks catch up to the 12+ (I counted)cooling sandwiches cooling off on the counter. Won’t be returning to that location.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Will never be coming back again, and would advise anyone to find another store as well. I was the only person in line “ in the store” ordered my drink then 14 minutes later still did not have it. They only focus on the drive through. Horrible place and a complete waste of my time

This is the second time we have gone to this location, waited 20 minutes to be told it would be 15 more before we could get our drinks. We had to cancel and go somewhere else, but THEN, you can’t get out of the parking lot. Terrible setup and terrible service.

Awesome staff were told to wait on a repair ticket by corporate to fix their interior lighting. The only interior lights that work are at the register and barista station yet this location is open until TEN PM.
