I sat out here for a few hours to escape from my family and focus on schoolwork. The staff was friendly, the coffee was wonderful, and I tried a new blonde berry pastry thing that I absolutely loved! Chefs kiss! Thanks Starbucks. The most reliable local getaway!

I’ve been in other Starbucks where you’re just a number. No acknowledgment or friendliness. Just get your drink and leave. Here, it’s not the case. The people here are friendly and don’t treat the customer as a burden. Never had any bad drinks here. If you do find an issue, they’ll make it right.

Came with my daughter for drinks, a cake pop and to color together. The service was great and prompt even though it was very busy. The atmosphere was very friendly. There was someone training a new employee and the person training was refreshingly helpful and patient. Anyone who’s worked in service understands how nice it is to see the people working behind the counter being kind to one another. Additionally my daughter accidentally knocked over her drink. Not only did they help us clean it up but they replaced her drink without me asking them too and for no additional charge. When me and my kid got in the car to leave she said “everyone there seemed to really like me!” A very positive experience at a chain we take for granted.

Dirty restrooms. Again Starbucks. Not sure why you don’t train your people to think about the area the customers use. They stay camped out in the coffee prep area.
