This Starbucks has the best customer service by far.. The team is always super friendly, welcoming and quick to strike up a conversation. They remember my order before I even say anything which is a nice touch. Walking in, it’s always positive vibes.

Atmosphere- 4 stars- brand new location located at the Middletown Commons in Whitehall WV. Nice seating area- inside and outside.
Service- 4 stars- very busy on the morning I there (a lot of game day traffic-WVU game) employees were on the ball and kept up for being a new store.
Food- 4 stars- I got the iced pumpkin spice latte which was pretty good. Never tried a pumpkin latte before not my favorite but not bad. Still love most of Starbucks offerings.

I have not ever had a negative experience at the Starbucks in White Hall. I will go out of my way to this location if I’m traveling north even though I may only be at the window or inside for just a few minutes while my order is being crafted.

I love this Starbucks. I go every day before work. The staff know me by name and order. I probably could tell them “the usual,” and they would know right away. They’re very friendly and one of the best I’ve been to. My order is usually perfect, though on occasion it isn’t made right. But I can’t complain too much because when it is right, it is phenomenal. Love these guys and this store.

I don’t know what was going on tonight. I just know I’ve ordered the same drink from Starbucks for over 10 years. White chocolate mocha frappe with an extra shot of espresso. It hit my tongue like unsweetened tea. Unsweetened. I returned in person to avoid the drive through line. The employee explained that he had made my drink and he had put two shots of white mocha in it and wanted to know how many I wanted. I don’t know ? I don’t make drinks ?? I just know it wasn’t sweet and what flavor I order. He explained mid making it that my drink normally didn’t come with white mocha – weird since it’s called white chocolate mocha – he gave me a replacement for my $9 drink but it still doesn’t taste right. And he tried to make me take the wrong drink back with me. Said he couldn’t throw it away for me. I threw it away in the lobby. Overall I felt judged and treated poorly for returning to complain – whatever.

Everyone at this store was so very friendly, especially Jessica and Emily who were both smiling and seemed to really ejoy their jobs and customers! Jessica made my drink exactly the way I like it and Emily offered my husband and I a sample drink to try! We both loved it so much we ordered one! We will definitely be back!!

First customer in Sunday morning. I ordered an iced tea for dine in. I noticed that the tables next to me had crumbs of food all over like it sat there all day Saturday. The trash from the night before was not taken out as I was throw out trash. Kinda weird. Refill service was on policy, happy with my experience.
