Where do I begin… *sigh*
I’m a fan of Starbucks. I really am. Having said that, it’s unfortunate that this particular Starbucks is wrought with so many issues. In the last two weeks, I have patronized this location 4 times. Each time, my order was wrong and the barista/employee was clueless/frazzled/angry/frustrated. Now my order wasn’t just slightly wrong — it was majorly wrong. I keep hoping that the next time will be better. Each time it’s not. My order was for a large hot americano with extra cream and there was no cream. Zero. Also, I ordered a decaf doppio with a spash of heavy whipping cream. The cup was filled to the top with cream thus giving me a full cup of espresso-flavored heavy whipping cream. Not what I ordered. I could excuse this once or twice butt his keeps happening. I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks. Please, owner of this Starbucks, don’t tell me how sorry you are that I had this experience (or whatever other boilerplate blurb you may use in these instances) and don’t direct me to a link that puts me at starbucks.com only to find it’s impossible to leave a message to your particular store without being rerouted back to an AI chatbot. If you want to reconcile this, contact me directly or provide a way to contact you directly. I believe that constructive criticism is important in improving customer service and the product that your consumers want.

I am a truck driver and stop at this Starbucks ever Wednesday morning at around 0530. Today I waited in line at 0545 for over 5 minutes to order with cash clearly in my hand (exact change plus tip). After the lady finally took my order she then informed me that I could not pay with cash even though I had exact change. If they are not taking cash they should at least put out sign so people don’t have to wait in line. I used to enjoy stopping here but not sure if I will be going back.

I love Starbucks, I just wish they were a little more consistent with the drinks. I also wish they wouldn’t lock the door all the time. It sucks to get there after ordering on the app and the door be locked and then you have to wait in the drive thru line for a good 45 mins.

Every single time I go here they mess up my coffee drink order. It ALWAYS taste like water coffee. I’m never a person to complain but when I spend 6$ for a drink and every time they mess it up then something needs to be said. Every other Starbucks makes my drink perfectly fine. I’ve decided I’m done going here. If you want any type of latte or espresso do NOT go here….

This Starbucks is just ridiculous anymore. The line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building and back into or past the sweet frogs parking lot, mobile orders take atleast 25-30 minutes to be made after being placed (Today I waited an hour on my drink to be made and had to send my husband in to tell the guy to make my drink we had kids outside and were not waiting any longer) the manager is ALWAYS rude, I’m surprised no one has looked into all of the complaints, comments and reviews and fired him already, some of the staff even have attitudes half the time (I get it though, if I were short staffed every single day and had a bad manager I’d be annoyed all shift too) however, The laziness in the first picture I posted just blows my mind, clearly it says FROZEN strawberry lemonade so why anyone thought it was acceptable to just throw out an iced strawberry lemonade and call it a day when I paid $7 for it to be frozen is beyond me, the second picture which happened today is also ridiculous. I ordered this drink on the app at 4:45 PM and didn’t have it made until 5:30 PM almost an hour later, ONLY AFTER I sent my husband in to get the worker to make the drink. I don’t know what needs to be done to get this Starbucks functioning properly, but someone needs to come in that knows that they’re doing and take control or retraining needs to be given, because this place has gone down hill fast and doesn’t look like it’s ever coming back up. Do better Starbucks! We don’t spend $7 + dollars just to wait on drink orders for hours and get wrong orders/watered down drinks !!!!!!

The pink drink and dragon drink are separating and the dragon drink doesn’t even look right, before I mixed the color coming from the dragon fruit pieces it was white. Every time I get something from here it is not correct or is just bad quality.

I ordered two PSLs tall. It’s supposed to be 12oz, but when I got the drinks it was barely 6oz. I was charged full price for a drink and served only half of it ‍♀️
When I tried to raise the issue with Starbucks help center, I was put on hold for about an hour, at which I just had to give up!

Very disappointed!!!!!

When people don’t like what they do for work, they shouldn’t work in service there is a a lady called Stacey that apparently it was making faces because I asked for light
ice and she didn’t like because she had made my drink already so she took a ice cube out and gave me my drink back I usually go there in the afternoon and all the stuff that I come across, they’re very helpful with a smile on the face when you are a customer from the drive-through and you can see the person that makes your coffee making faces and the remarks about you and
the beverage and how you like it, they shouldn’t be in service. Do something Starbucks

It’s not even just yesterday this location is predictable. You wait 15+ min for your drink. I have waited in their drivethrough for almost 45 minutes before. I have ordered ahead and come in 20 minutes later thinking i found a cheat code and i still waited 15 more minutes and was late for work. These days if you go out you should know most restaurants have to deal with online orders too. This location also has a drive through. I’ve worked the service industry in all kinds of ways for a long time and try to consider all of the aspects I can but there are too many bodies in there for it to be taking so long and then to top it off, and I dont know how because everything at Starbucks is measured out OK, it tastes bad 75% of the time AND I just realized they are now charging over 4 dollars for a grande americano – a small cup with one shot of espresso and hot water. We all know it’s a splurge to pateon this business in general not just this location but that price feels like plain robbery. The staff is usually very nice. Just slow. And who knows maybe they only have one working machine maybe this maybe that you never know with this bum companies anymore- all I know is, its not worth the trip.
