My second time at this location. I’ve been getting Starbucks for years. First time wait was over 10 min in the store for two drinks. What happened to the 4 min rule? Second time was the drive through. Saw my drink get placed on the counter. Car in front of me didn’t get theirs so we sat there for 10 min. I was running late picking up my kids so I left without getting my drink. Called and was told the machine is down. Why was my drink made and no one came out to bring it and have me pay like chic fil a does? That would have been so much more efficient considering there is space to pull around the cars in front of you. Not worth my time and I will support other coffee shops from now on.

Stopped in for a shaken espresso and unsweetened black tea. Waited 25 minutes for the drinks and made me not want to visit a Starbucks ever again. Espresso drink came out first then had to wait an additional 15ish minutes for the unsweetened iced black tea
Staff was friendly so I don’t blame them. Their digital system prints out drink tickets for the baristas so it didn’t seem like they had control over the issue. Other patrons had to wait a long time as well for their complete order. Seemed like a trend to finish 1 drink and have to wait a while for the other

I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru at this location. Placed mobile order at 7:09 AM, arrived at the store at 7:14AM. Tried to go in and grab my drink to avoid the drive thru, but the cafe was closed (which is weird, while I was waiting in the drive thru, I watched a person walk up to the store and leave with a coffee). So I joined the line forming around the building. I was finally one car from the window after 25 minutes of waiting, and watched my drink along with the drink for the person in front of me sit there for another 10 minutes. I finally got to the window at 7:44AM, and did not receive an apology for the wait or anything. My coffee was lukewarm at best, and not worth a 30 minute wait. This location has been disappointing since the opening, but I continued to give it a chance due to the convenience of its location and the fact that there are no other drive thru coffee shops in the immediate area. I’ve watched my drink be handed to the car in front of me twice and then had to wait for a remake at the window. I’ve been handed the wrong drink several times. I think being late to work with the fact that I leave 45 minutes early was the final nail in the coffin today.

I was excited when Starbucks was being built only 5mins from my house. After it was built the service was pretty good. Within the last couple of months the service has really gotten to the point that I’d rather go to a different location. The drive through service is ridiculous! If there’s 2 or more cars in front of you it’s a guarantee that you’ll be waiting 15mins or more! That’s ridiculous for coffee!! Please do better

Such a high quality Starbucks that one may mistake it for a flagship! Phenomenal baristas more than happy to accommodate your coffee magic needs. The interior is beautiful, very very clean, and the seating arrangements are quite nice. I highly recommend visiting the inside do to high demand in the drive through.

Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha, notfat milk with 2 extra pumps and the coffee I got was half empty so they didn’t put all the coffee in it possibly thinking it might overflow. I was just passing through but, skip this Starbucks if your traveling through to get a full cup of coffee. Didn’t have time to get it remade.

Stopped in for a quick coffee and didn’t realize how busy it was—but I’m glad I stayed. The team was absolutely slammed, but the guy running the crew was incredible. He was fixing customer orders (even when it was clearly the customer who ordered wrong), working the front, making drinks, and still found the time to encourage his two team members with a solid pep talk. The drive-thru person was having a rough time dealing with rude customers, and he kept her going with calm, verbal support—over the constant hum of machines and chaos.
This was top-tier leadership in action. He kept the line moving, drinks were flying out with quality and speed, and he managed it all with focus and patience.
To the customers getting angry because your over-complicated drink didn’t appear in 30 seconds—get real. These baristas are crafting magic in a cup, not pressing a button on a vending machine. Respect the hustle.

Solid addition to the Inwood shopping area. Very new plaza, with a Wawa next door currently being built. Fast service and great product, the line moved through fast. Definitely a good spot to go to and much needed in the area. Would love to see more considered in the general quad state area

This is the 3rd time I’ve had to wait 15/20 minutes in the drive through or inside for 1 single drink. Unfortunately i wont be coming back. I understand being busy but when you have 6 people working it should run much smoother.

We’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars. The barista taking orders is very snarky and rude. She seems like she can’t really do this job AT ALL. I would drive away 10 minutes ago if we were stuck. She can’t even listen well enough to get the order correct. This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, will not be back.
