I went in before church on Sunday 9/20/2025 and placed an order at the counter. There was 3 young ladies working. They were incredibly busy. They had order on top of order on top of order. I started to notice that the 3 young ladies were working in concert with each other in an amazing way. Each one of them had many orders that they were working on at one time. I was so impressed with their efficiency, their calmness and their team work. They probably made 40 different coffees before mine came and I was so impressed watching. A lot of retail workers could take a cue from these 3. Instead of bemoaning how busy they were, they going wide open to serve the customer. Well done girls and well done owner for hiring these 3.

Love the eye rolls from Renee while watching her take an order from a family member because they wanted their coffee made with certain milks keep in mind paying for said special milks but just inconvenients her so much she has to roll her eyes multiple times. I don’t recommend going to this spot if you have to have special requests on your drinks cause you will catch attitudes.

Good atmosphere in a brand new food city grocery store. I like to give credit where it’s due and I will never spend another dime with this particular starbucks ever again. 6 trips to this place and I can never get a receipt printed. The drinks are ALWAYS wrong. A bunch of kids working it’s not the end of the world. This evening getting my 2 small children a treat spending $17 on 2 small Boba drinks is ridiculous. I specifically asked for no ice it hurts their teeth. Both Came with ice …..i asked for extra boba which im assuming is what the high cost was …yet theres deffinantly not anything extra. Maddie rolled her eyes at me like it was my faultthen whispered with co workers giggling and rolling her eyes..her attitide is disgusting. I asked for 1 drink to be re-made she returns with a half a cup of liquid and said that’s their “standard”. Disgusted at the $17 spent the disgusting attitude of employees especially this “maddie” this child needs to be taught manners and some customer service. I’m very easy going kind and understanding but her attitude and how she conducts herself as a barista professional is absolutely foul. Searching for a way to contact corporate as this needs to be brought to highers attention. Would not call this place kid friendly at all.

I get there at around 8:40 and they say that the store is closed while when you look it up it clearly says it closes at 9. 20 minutes till closing and you won’t even make one more drink? it was the simplest thing to do yet they couldn’t do it. one star.

Purchased a regular coffee with cream. I watched them make my coffee the had to turn the por up yo get the coffee out. Payed and left the coffee was very cold a been brewed a long time. Not for me.
