What’s not to love about traditional, -delicious- Mexican entrees that you can stick in your oven and enjoy piping hot and ultra fresh?! Why aren’t there more of these businesses? Three locations are not enough.

I cannot even describe how amazing this place is. I had never heard of it before so I stopped in and didn’t know what to expect. It’s take and bake and salsas so I bought some things to try with no expectations.
Cilantro Salsa —-use on anything it’s amazing! Like absolutely amazing
Empanadas—-put in air fryer and used cilantro salsa as dip. Amazing!
Mango Salsa—-best I ever had!
Queso Con Chorizo———used in eggs, as dip with tortilla chips and I can tell you I could eat this daily!!!!!
This will be a part of my order everytime! And any potluck I have to participate in willl be her cooking! She did suggest to order ahead of time online if I could give this more stars I would!

Really good authentic Mexican take and bake. They have some food ready that you can just swing by and pick up, but there are other foods that they need an advanced notice to prepare.
Even though you’re only there for a few minutes to pick up food, take time to appreciate the decoration inside, it makes you feel like you’re outside in Mexico even though you’re in a strip mall in Plymouth.
When I called the day before they were very helpful with determining how much food is needed for several people.
Make sure you call into the right location as they are on opposite sides of the cities! I called into the wrong one and they were able to move quickly to make it all work for me. They were very nice and gracious during this mixup. Their West St Paul location is near the airport, I’ll have to remember that next time I’m flying in!

Simply outstanding!!! The food we’ve had was delicious (Poblano Pork was our favorite so far) AND the service is top notch. We even placed an order for the wrong day accidentally (out error), went to pick it, and the gentleman working made the meal while we waited, saving our dinner. Highly recommend!!!
