This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. I ordered three different drinks, but the staff kept prioritizing the drive-thru orders while in-store customers were left waiting. It took over 25-30 minutes just to get the drinks.
What made it even more frustrating is that after all that waiting, they still messed up the order. Instead of making three different drinks, they made the second drink twice. It felt careless and showed zero attention to detail.
I understand being busy, but completely ignoring in-store customers and then getting the order wrong is unacceptable. Very disappointing service.
At the end you are paying almist $6,00 for a cup of ice.
I was told by the manager this is standard.
