I would give five stars because this is a great Starbucks, however eight out of 10 times that I go there they don’t have something whether it’s a flavor for a drink or a food item. So that is very frustrating and I am sure this is not on the restaurant because it could be due to a shortage, but When things are missing, it is frustrating as a customer if that’s something you want and they never have several items that I order each time I go. For example, today they did not have the peach purée to make with the green tea peach drink. Anyway! Everyone here is always friendly. I usually go through the drive-through so it’s a breeze when I am able to go.The falafel wrap I had this morning was great! The two bars that helped me at the window or super friendly and courteous, and I even purchased a new cup to add to my collection.

This Starbucks is in an building that was previously in a bank. The drinks are great Starbucks quality. This Starbucks seems to get a fair amount of traffic as they were out of the sugar cookie frap. I went through the drive through for this visit. With exception for the potholes exiting the drive through the environment could be improved. Overall service was friendly and Starbucks beverages were above average

It appears this is a newer Starbucks location. As with any Starbucks, you generally know what to expect, but the customer service I received was exceptional. This positive experience with the staff is the primary reason for my 5-star rating.

I love that there are 2 drive thrum’s at this location. I have visited via drive thru atleast 4 times in the past 2 weeks. There is never really a wait. And the coffee is made well. My current go to is a venti white chocolate mocha with blonde espresso almond milk light ice and no whip.

My 9 year old Granddaughter and I went here on a Saturday. She ordered 3 different goodies (a cookies and creme cake pop, a brownie, and a big chocolate chip cookie) and an iced coffee drink….not sure what it was called. It had extra caramel drizzle and whipped cream. I tasted it, and it was delicious. I had a piece of walnut loaf bread and a hot coffee drink that had cinnamon in it. I can’t recall the name of my drink either. I wish I had gotten the same drink my Granddaughter had gotten. Mine was okay, but hers was definitely better. We dined inside, and it was very quiet. The young man who took our order listened attentively and gave us both what we described. We did ask him for his suggestion from our description.

I ordered a flat white but got a watery, regular coffee. Starbucks is too expensive to not get what you ordered.
Edit: the pic I posted was after I requested that they remake it. The baristas at this location just don’t know how to make this particular drink. :/

After going to the wrong Iron Bridge Road location , I discovered this new location closer to home! Great location in Walmart shopping center with a drive-thru and ample indoor and outdoor seating.
