Do NOT order inside the store if you are in a rush. My order came 10 minutes after the app said it should be done. They will prioritize the drive thru orders and let yours wait until they clear the drive through. Even cars who were not there when you arrived. Absolutely unacceptable.

Made a Starbucks run the morning of thanksgiving. There was no one in the drive thru line through the entirety of my order. (Surprisingly) There was one car in front of me when I pulled in to order. The order process was simple the guy behind the speaker repeated it back to me to ensure everything was correct. However, after receiving my drinks: one grande hot crème brûlée latte w oat milk and one iced sugar cookie latte w oat milk both my drinks were poorly made. I did wait probably 5 minutes for my order which wasn’t an issue but my hot latte wasn’t even lukewarm and the sugar cookie latte had a ridiculous amount of syrup/flavoring and ironically the word “yum” written on the cup. I’ve never had this issue before so it was pretty disappointing. We didn’t have time to go back and have our orders corrected.

Typically like this location. It snowed last night but roads are clear today and there’s a ton of people out and about — Other locations are open for Starbucks, notably. Just found it a little peeving that an employee was sitting in the drive-thru window with a headset on yet completely ignored my boyfriend and I when we pulled to the order screen to ask if they were open. Multiple staff members present, just standing around. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if it looked like they were actually trying to close and leave but everyone seemed to be aimless, on their phones, and in no rush to go home.

(We went to the door to see if they were in fact closing, which the door was locked and everyone glanced, then looked away?)

Just found it odd. All you had to do was say you were closed or notion such.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, their costumer service and their friendliness, but my experience as this location was much different.The staff seemed restless and irritated. They made my experience very awkward and uncomfortable. Their behavior towards me was very unpleasant. They were irritated with the fact that I did not wait long enough before entering the drive thru after placing an online order. I understand how this could be frustrating if the line was long and the inside was packed, but we were the only costumers at the time. They felt the need to let us know we were supposed to wait 5-7 minutes not once, but three times in a very snarky manner. This made the process very uncomfortable as their tension was high. I understand that you never know what anyone could be going through and I truly hope maybe today just wasn’t their day, but it didn’t feel necessary. As a paying customer, I did not enjoy feeling uncomfortable while receiving the items I paid for with multiple eye rolls and sarcastic laughs. I hope they take customer service more seriously in the future.

We ordered our favorites. Pumpkin spice Frappuccino and Caramel Frappuccino and pineapple passionfruit lemonade. Drinks were made quickly and great customer service. They were delicious.

The food and drinks aren’t the main issue here – it’s the location, the drive thru, and the current speaker situation.

The drive thru is horrendous when you exit you’re forced to either make a weird U-turn, or go all the way around P.F. Chang’s to exit.

The speaker in the drive through seems to be broken, so get ready to repeat yourself twenty times to the barista. It’s not their fault, but can we at least get a sign on it telling customers to speak up or be patient?

Giving 4 stars because the people and service here are usually good, but whoever was in drive thru yesterday was awful. She kept yelling at me because she couldn’t hear me, it took her forever to give us our order, the line was wrapped around the store, and she looked visibly upset and throwing her hands up and raising her voice at the employees there. I come here often and never experienced anything like this, not even from new trainees. Beyond rude.
Still visit this Starbucks because other that 6/24 around 10-13, the people are wonderful.

Good customer service is hard to come by these days but when it’s there it should be celebrated. The lady at the drive-thru… I think her name was Jen… She was incredibly friendly and put a smile on my face. Even though my latte and breakfast sandwich were already perfect, having a positive experience with her goes a lot further. Thank you!

This is my favorite coffee place. We have several different ones around us, but this one has the nicest, happiest staff I’ve seen. Always friendly, and now that I’ve been here for a while, they even recognize me and ask if I have my grandkids with me. A yes means I need cake pops…

They didn’t have nitro cold brew. Ok..no worries. The lady suggested a cold brew with a shot of espresso. I asked if I would be charged for the shot, she said no….but I was. And the drive thru is so overgrown it scratched the side of my car.
