From the get go the vibe was so off. Upon walking into this location me and my husband waited a couple minutes before anyone came up to seat us. I was okay with that but didn’t like that it took so long for us to be noticed. Getting to our table we sat down and ordered our drinks with an app. We then placed order for our main meals. It was extremely slow. Waitress was not very attentive. Upon getting our food the chicken was so incredibly hard and chewy. They brought my husbands food out with out his fries saying it would be just a moment for the the fries…. Why bring our food out if it is not all ready? After 10–15 minutes we finally got the fries. We were then informed there was only one cook which would have been nice to give your customers a heads up when they come in. Unprofessional really. I get there only being one cook but the food being overcooked as much as it was was just awful. I saw 2 other customers come in while I was there and they too had to wait a while before anyone acknowledged them to seat them. Felt like the people sitting at bar were the only ones getting real attention as customers. Spent over 50 bucks for overcooked chicken and negative vibes.

Took my sister to this Chili’s after seeing it a few times when I was down that way. Everyone was really nice. My sister who works at a high end steakhouse in Philly said the bar was “very clean” and we both were impressed by the staff and decor. Our food was really good. I had the Buffalo crispy chicken and my sister had some chicken fajitas with shrimp that she said were really good. The staff were all very nice and friendly. I had been at another chain up in the oaks, Pa area and I remarked how the open concept in this location just gives people room but also great views of the bar and TV. I will definitely be bac!

I ordered the new burger it was cooked well and was juicy not dried out. Iced tea was good. The waitresses was very attentive she even brought refills before being asked.

I haven’t visited a Chili’s in quite some time…this is not the Chilis I remember, although not bad then, but today it’s more lively and upbeat. After DECADES I’m glad I did visit. The Food was DELICIOUS!

We were seated and served immediately. The establishment was clean and family friendly. The food was delicious and hot. The drinks were great. Our server Alisha was patient and pleasant. We all enjoyed ourselves.

I ordered curbside and the service wasn’t bad but the food is horrible. I’m from Delaware and I always order Chili’s but today I’m totally disappointed. The buffalo chicken wings were all fat, not fried long enough. The Mighty Bites were burnt and didn’t have anything on them but cheese. The southwest rolls must have a different recipe in Pa because they don’t taste like this in Delaware and included pieces of chicken. I just wasted my money uggh

Went during lunch the place was kinda empty. Was sat and waited as the waitresses talked behind me. Sadly just sat there waiting for about 15 minutes before anyone came to me. After I finally got a server we barely saw her after. I only got one refill and that was after waiting almost 20 minutes. We were there for a while going over business and had appetizers and then meals but the service was not worth it. It was nice to try something new but I don’t think I will be back.
