Can we talk about the customer service here? 10/10 the lady at the window was super friendly, I wish I remembered her name. I came to try the Caramel Brûlée Latte from the holiday menu because all my friends were raving about it. It was delicious. Also got the potato cheddar and chive bake(s) which were also good. I don’t frequent Starbucks a lot..(i know shocking) however, the customer service here would definitely make me return.

I go to the Starbucks literally 4 to 5 times a week because I work very close by and when I say every morning it is a different situation. It is so inconsistent and ridiculous and I really didn’t wanna leave this review but it’s getting to the point where you’re sitting in a car line with maybe not even four cars in front of you for 20 minutes and then when you say something, they are rude about it and tell you that they’re short staffed that is also not my problem. It is a horrible Starbucks and for the money that you have to spend for the service that you’re receiving like they really need to get it together. I would hate to have to drive out my way just to go to Wawa‘s at Dunkin’ Donuts. When there’s a Starbucks right here the reason why people pay premium prices is because they want premium service but I can go to 7-Eleven and get this kind of service completely over it. They need to restaff this whole Starbucks.

I’m visiting in town and have come here come here 5 mornings. There are a number of new folks. All interactions were very pleasant. I did have some wait due to forgetting parts of my order, twice.
But, most obvious is how they interact depending on the lead. One is very loud and shares info the whole store can hear. It seems more chaotic and tense when she is the lead. Maybe because of the number of new employees. But my first reaction was a lead like that is why people leave.
My food was tasty. Coffee same.

Jaray was such a delight when I visited the drive through after picking my dog up from the groomer. He gave us a little pup cup and even provided recommendations of another really good groomer to utilize. He was so pleasant and his energy was just pure kind. A great person to encounter during my day, thanks again Jaray!

Bright and lively, just the way I’d like to start my day! The dark, stark exterior makes the surprise of walking through the door even better. The huge, long counter anchors the space that is filled with midcentury leather chairs, terrazzo flooring, recessed lighting, jazzy music and blond woods. Large tables and an outdoor space make tgis a great place for an impromptu group meeting. And the service was as impressive as the decor. The busy morning rush was handled smoothly. Great visit!

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with non dairy vanilla sweet cream. Sweat cream was watery and it didnt look like a frappe at all.. I would give this a one star but the drink was still decent just wish it was made correctly especially since i paid extra for a wrong order

6pm Monday : Often out of main drinks they put on DT menu, took 7 mins to take my order and total 17 mins in DT line to get 1 drink, service is slow and unfriendly. Go different Starbucks location!

Went there around 8:02am asked for cookies & cream cake pop but the associate said she wasn’t aware of the product when I know they sell it because I order it all the time ! Associate need to be educated about what’s on the menu. once I got to the window a young male was there I never received a greeting he didn’t provide me a to total worst customer service that I’ve ever received at a Starbucks!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!
