I used to love this popeyes but they just arent hitting their mark anymore lately. I saw a lot of new staff today and they forgot my biscuit and my sauce with my order. I was asked to park on the side to wait for my food after going through drive thru. I should of just came inside because I had to go inside anyways to ask again for my sauce. Not the first time they have forgotten something with my order. It wasnt until I got home I discovered they forgot my biscuit too! I wont be back for a while.

General manager, Jose always goes above and beyond to provide customers with a positive experience. Jose ensures that the establishment is clean. We notice him cleaning inside and even outside. He greets every customer at the door. By far, the best fast food experience and it is ALL because of Jose. He also delegates staff well and treats them with kindness.
We know that every time we visit this location, it will be a 10/10 experience.

I went to Popeyes expecting a decent meal and got served bloody, undercooked chicken – completely raw on the inside. That alone is unacceptable and a health hazard.
To make matters worse, the manager (a young woman) was incredibly rude. She ignored us completely while she stood around talking and laughing with the other workers like they were hanging out, not working. We stood there waiting while she gave us attitude just for asking to be helped.
This location clearly has no standards for food safety or customer service. If the manager can’t even pretend to care, what does that say about the rest of the operation?

The food is good and similar at all Popeyes locations I’ve been to. This location particularly, is clean and has good service. The store manager was out in the lobby wiping off tables and asking customers if everything was OK with their food. This was nice to see in today’s service climate. My experience here was excellent.

I would say the Hanover Popeyes is one of the cleanest fast food places I have ever eaten at. You can definitely tell the evening manager there really takes pride in his restaurant and the people that work there. Highly recommend this place! Nice Job*****

This is one of the best Popeyes I have been to! The manager (or possibly owner?) was extremely nice to all patrons in the restaurant. He made sure all food was fresh and well prepared. He came over and checked on us and provided an update on us receiving our food and also took our tray from us when we were done eating. Wonderful location!

I would give 10/10 stars if I could just from the service alone. The manager or franchise owner was awesome and you can tell he runs a tight ship just from the quality of food alone. Probably one of the best experiences ive had at a Popeyes. Will definitely be back and I hope the manger or owner goes far in his career he is great at what he does.

Even though there was a wait for some of our food, the staff, especially Jon, were absolutely amazing and professional about the situation, a rare find in fast food.

Ordered here for New Years night and the food was absolutely HORRIBLE the chicken was dry and barely any meat on chicken wings. The biscuits were dry and hard as a hockey puck. The manager said he would replace the meals I spent $48 two meals. Festive feast and the wing tailgate party. I came in New Year’s Day and he replaced the chicken and none of the sides. That’s not replacing the meals. I had to order food from somewhere else bc the meal was that terrible on New Years night for my family. I won’t be returning to this place ever again. And the girl Kate with the glasses and blonde hair is rude and has very little customer service skills and should be retrained. She’s rude when she speaks to customers. I doubt this place will stay open very long with poor

Chicken sandwich was amazing, fries were amazing, and macaroni was so cheesy and good. Paid only $13 for it all and it was probably enough to feed 3 people. The service was great, Elijah was super nice to me. this is by far my favorite popeyes location i have been to.
