If I could give zero stars I would, i approached Starbucks barista (grace) and asked her if they were because she was on her doing nothing. She proceeds to be very sarcastic and rude. Horrible customer service and I will not be going here again.

I politely approached the cashier and asked if there is a fresh coffee there because I got cold coffee from this place many times , He looked at me and I had to ask him 3 times , he was playing the ( I don’t understand game), finally he said yes it’s hot, I got a grande coffee he left half of the cup empty for cram and sugar!!!!!!!
I put some cream and asked him to fill up the rest , he put little more coffee and gave me the cup , I paid for grande coffee and still he didn’t pour enough coffee there, Also in the begging he said he doesn’t take screenshots gift cards which I am using it all the time, I had to tell him 3 times to scan my gift card

Went this morning 8/7/21 around 9:00am the women working there at that time was so rude. She was not personable at all didn’t even look up at me, I asked if they had almond croissant her response “we have what you see there” -with an attitude. They didn’t have sweet cream cold foam or whip cream when I asked for some again she had an attitude like I was disturbing her by asking. Good thing this Starbucks is not in my neighborhood I was just passing by and needed coffee. I regret not getting her name but she was the only one there at that time. She needs retraining on customer service.

Worst management I’ve experienced at any Starbucks location. Only one person is handling everything. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I recommend trying other nearby Starbucks locations.

Just paid $5.67 for a the worst drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks…dude was so of the mark our wasn’t even worth correcting him. Didn’t want to embarrass him so I didn’t ask for my $ back but it’s not even drinkable.

It is a Starbucks… Just like the other 12 (I don’t think that is an exaggeration) Starbucks within walking distance of Roslyn. If you are closest to this one than go ahead and stop by, if not there is absolutely nothing to make this place unique or interesting other than the building is oddly shaped and thus has a messy line.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited for over 10 mins by the counter and not one person showed up. This was on feb 10 at 1:15 For a minute I was wondering if this is one of those self service locations since no one was there .

Don’t drink coffee! Located inside the Safeway Grocery Store at the corner of Lee Highway and North Harrison Street, in Arlington County, VA. Easy to find, with plenty of parking.
