The cleanest Starbucks I’ve been into in awhile. Me and my gf stopped here on our way to Virginia Beach for the weekend. I believe the young mans name tag said Will was very friendly and greeting when we walked in. The bathrooms were very clean! I got a hot drink and it was made perfectly, my gf got a cold drink and to say the least we will definitely be making for trips to go to the Pocomoke Starbucks.

From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming and friendly. Vee greeted me with a warm smile and made great suggestions for my drink. Reese and QT were equally as fantastic, ensuring my order was perfect and giving me that extra personal touch that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to get such attentive service, and they definitely went above and beyond. My drink was made to perfection, and the entire vibe in the store was just so positive. We are a small peninsula and I was so thrilled to see a Starbucks FINALLY on the lower shore of Maryland. I was a loyal Starbucks customer until I moved here and had to make the switch to Dunkin. I just want to say that this location is amazingly friendly, they are prompt, and haven’t made any mistakes when making my drink. They are professional and can educate/help people that aren’t familiar with Starbucks. I will continue to patronize this establishment. I think if they had opened in the “season”; they would have had a lot more reviews and traffic by now. It’s a main thoroughfare connecting lower Virginia to Baltimore/Delaware/Jersey; and there isn’t much as you’re heading north. It’s a wonderful addition to Pocomoke. Keep up the good work!

It is a new store so needs to hone somethings. First and foremost is customer service. Typically, Starbucks has excellent customer service, but this store just needs to get all of their staff on the same page about how to greet people with a friendly and courteous attitude.
As for food, if you’re going to serve croissants they need to be toasted not microwaved. The quality of the coffee is always great. Looking forward to them pulling all the pieces together for a great experience.

You can always expect the drinks to be different from location to location. I get it! But this has been my worst experience so far! Frozen drinks had barely any ice in them and if you look at the vanilla sweet cream cold brew, with cold foam mind you, that I used my stars on…… something wasn’t right! When you are paying top dollar for drinks you expect top quality as well!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks more often in recent months because I’ve been seeing and tasting progress in how my sister and my green tea Frappuccinos are made. I’m so pleased to say that they have been doing an amazing job when making them now.

I just wanted to say that on Tuesday night 9/23/25, I went into Pocomoke Starbucks while traveling home and had the best Experience. They had 4 employees working in the building who were very attentive and welcomed us in. The store was very very clean and smelled amazing. Vee took our order and a young man made our food and another young lady I believe Joy was her name made our drinks. Best Starbucks experience ever. Keep up the great work.
